I've been seeing Sandy for my physical wellness needs since 2019 and I have to say I might have needed to retire if not for her therapy. I'm a working contractor so my job is very physical. Lots of things I do aren't good for my muscular and connective tissue health. Sandy has great methods with all the pressure you could ever want to go deep to the source of the problem and keep me mobile. She also has all of the supplements I need for my aging body to help the machine keep running. I've never tried the Yoga ((because I'm weak) but I'm sure I could benefit from it. She has taught me some stretches to help maintain a bit between sessions. Oh, and I go twice a month.

Sandy is so skilled, that after leaving San Diego, I have been greatly disappointed by every massage I’ve gotten since. We’re talking 15+ tries. No one compares, and it’s not even close! She really is incredible!

Phenomenal! If you need massage/body work done this is the place to go! Sandy & Michael are wonderful & extremely knowledgable. I recently saw Michael, initially we talked about one or two spots that I wanted to address. He takes everything into account to find the best treatment for you. He was able to connect the dots with his experience and address numerous spots that I didn't even know were contributing to my aches/pains. He was able to cover more body parts than anyone I've ever seen for massage before. I walked out of there standing up taller, feeling better, and overall more connected with my body. I will definitely be back & highly suggest others see him too.

Sandy is amazing. I came to her because I was having a lot of tightness in my upper back. It was limiting my ability to get full extension there while doing CrossFit and other lifting. It was affecting my form and my workouts and just how I felt during the day. After one session I felt so much better, not only in general, but during my workout. I was able to do the movements with so much more freedom. She should be known as Magic Hands from now on.. seriously. She is the best massage therapist. Thank you Sandy for your amazing work👌

Sandy definitely knows what she's doing! I started going to Sandy because of hip, upper arm and neck issues. I would walk into her place of business hurting and walk out feeling amazing. She listens to your needs and is very knowledgeable when it comes to what muscles to work on for the problem areas. I would highly recommend Sandy!
