Although I applaud and respect him for his military service you’ll find after your first visit with him all visits after are not the same. He is dismissive, cold, lacks empathy and just acts like he doesn’t care(he’s very cold). Every psychiatrist I’ve seen(8 in total) all have agreed on my condition and wrote the same medicine which worked for my situation. I understand not all drs are okay with certain medications but you don’t say you are okay with said medication on the first visit then say “I don’t write those medications” after visit #5. I wasted 4-5 appointments with him until I found another psychiatrist who took care of me and gave me what I needed and now I’m thriving at work and my quality of life has improved. What infuriates me the most is how he would constantly correct you like your pronunciation and act like you’re a toddler. I have never in my life left appointments angry and feeling worse about myself. This doctor is very self absorbed and pretentious. He will argue with you and try to push anti psychotics. Also he will tell you to see him in 2 weeks. I waited originally 4-5 months to see him. From one service member to another sir you definitely do not have my six.
