I saw Jeanne Marie years ago when I was really sick With topical steroid withdrawal and had tons of swollen lymph nodes . During that time went to her, probably four times to do lymphatic drainage after the first time, I stood up from the table and literally could feel my lymph moving under my skin. That night, and the next morning my skin was extra itchy and broken out, which was another sign that she had been able to release the toxins that were stuck in my lymph’s. The other treatments weren’t as drastic as the first one that she helped to keep my lymphatic system moving, which I think really helped with my overall healing. I just started seeing her again because I’ve had tightness in my neck for over a year. We’ve had a few sessions and I think between her massage and physical therapy, It’s finally relaxing.

I suffer from a nerve issue which runs down the length of my leg. I have visited several specialist and been prescribed many medications which I try to avoid but reluctantly used as my pain was so intense. In just one visit Jeanne Marie was able to relieve so much of the pain that I am able to stand and bend much more comfortably and easily. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Jeanne Marie is an amazing practitioner, by far the best I’ve found in San Diego. She is incredibly skilled in various massage techniques and able to apply a lot of pressure, yet be gentle at the same time. She is very intuitive and hones in on all of my problem spots. She is also very knowledgeable about the body and offers a lot of helpful insight into patterns that contribute to my aches and muscle tension. I always leave feeling lighter and so much more relaxed.

This was my 2nd long-distance healing session with Jeanne Marie. I had been battling ovarian cysts for a few years now and though they were not painful, their presence worried me as I had felt pain in my early 40’s. Following my 1st session with her, my cysts on the left-hand side of my body had disappeared. Now aged 56, new cysts had grown on the right-hand side and given my age could potentially become cancerous. This is why I felt I needed, what I perceive to be, a mindful “body scan” as part of the healing session and that is where Jeanne Marie’s know-how comes into play. Her work goes beyond just “checking” for problems. First off, I want to salute her intuitive respect of who we are and what we’ve been through. She allows us to RECONNECT with our body in order for us to become AWARE of what we’ve chosen to overlook or hide. She greets our emotional state with benevolence and her instructions are clear and supportive. Her spiritual intentions never infringed upon my personal convictions. Her sweeping hand motions were palpable despite a 3212 mile distance. She is always gentle and non-invasive. Above and beyond, following the treatment, my energy flow had changed. I felt a cooling sensation along the right-hand side of my body, where she had traced the cysts. Something in me had unblocked. I experienced an inner calm and peace of mind that I hadn’t felt in the longest time. Her words reassured me as she told me that she didn’t foresee any problems with my cysts in the region that she had worked on. This is what I had unconsciously felt as well, given I had no pain, nor weightiness or difficulty exercising. Several days later, her words were validated. During my visit with the gynecologist, it was confirmed by the magnetic resonance imaging that the cysts were non-threatening and would eventually dissolve by themselves. This woman is really ATTUNED TO YOUR NEEDS, she is highly intuitive and knows how to ask the right questions. She guides you back towards yourself and unites the spiritual, physical and psychological facets of your being. You are REVEALED in the process and given cues that you can easily use in your everyday life to sustain your body’s health if only you direct your awareness to listen and learn to address its needs. Since both treatments, I feel as if I had never had cysts in the first place, my body feels light and painless. Best massage therapist ever. Seriously. She can take one look at your body and know exactly where you're experiencing pain or tightness or discomfort. She's incredibly knowledgable but also kind and empathetic. I recommend her to everyone. I've been seeing Jeanne Marie for over a decade now. We work on traditional deep tissue massage to help work out old injuries - but we also do energy work (reiki) to help with deeper, emotional pain. She's helped me work through some really tricky stuff. So if it's tech neck or a knee injury from playing sports that ails you - she can make you feel 1000% better. And if you're holding tension in your body that's emotional - she can help with that, too. I've had more relief from working with her over the years, than any therapy/medication from doctors.

I have been coming to Jeanne Marie for several months, and have seen massive breakthrough and improvement in my life! I’m seeing physical improvement like better balance, better posture, and no longer have pain and discomfort in my hips. Even more importantly, I feel much more aligned in my mind, heart, and spirit. My emotions and ability to process difficult things with clarity and strength has dramatically improved.
