Areta Crowell Center — Mental health clinic in San Diego, CA

4 stars because the security guard is always rude. The rest of the staff that I met is nice and professional.

This center accepts walk-ins. Almost no wait at all, maybe 10 minutes after checking in and filling out the initial paperwork, I was seen.

I'm all around happy with my services here. Never changing.

A very good place. They need a bigger waiting room though. This is my only criticism.

This is this worst clinic I have ever spent time at. The front staff is terrible and the “case manager” is a joke. Once Lauren Rath left , this place literally became a prison trying to 5151 you. Be careful. It’s not a safe place

Made me drive when too sick after not driving for so many years Made me pay meter I had to triple and bus to spot if I had no money for better as I’m sick and had no money SSI patient of DR Kutner looking for medical records for many years and not able to have an apology for medicine mistake causing near death as gas leak just found in my home and medicine was unavailable on time forcing me into wolf withdraw off pains and many years now still trying to get help with a nurse at home for continued heart pains and nerve issues from????? Help as I need records or can’t sue anyone so I’ll be homeless shah Mother of three My goal was to get my abusers to jail with doctor help and record so send all now please I’ll call if you don’t LadyCCdiary Cecille Cruz author of Lady Cc diary 25 year long journal needs doctor and suspects arrested that gave bribe or medication to doctor found next to where my payee Carolyn was sitting 3 months previously and many others sat there Doctor had someone else named in the medicine Pharmacy did not have any orders for medication for me I have had no luck communicating with evil business Loved that area Crowell had many doctors volunteering and wait for the next one if you don’t like yours Since you are not responsible I will sue you instead Sorry

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff truly cares about you as an individual. Due to the support I've received here my well being has improved beyond measure. I'm so grateful to Katie, Sucdi, Anna P, Eva and Josh for working as a team to ensure my success. When I arrived here I felt so hopeless and was barely functioning on a daily basis, I'm now just about thriving! I also wanted to thank the young man at the front desk for always being so welcoming and remembering my name. There just isn't enough space to possibly put into words all the ways Areta Crowell Center has changed my life through quality mental healthcare.

Best clinic I've gotten mental health services in a long time I enjoy all the groups and the facilitators who run the groups are awesome. The whole Areta Crowell staff the clinicians and medication prescriber and nurses all care about the well-being and safety of all their clients. I can obtest to that first hand. Areta Crowell has helped me so much the past year almost I've been with them. Not saying I'm cured from my mental health I still show symptoms from time to time. It's the coping skills and tools I've learned from them that has helped me finding better ways to manage my symptoms or when I'm overwhelmed and distressed to the point where I wanna self harm. I like to hope I'll continue to receive services here for foreseeable future.

I enjoy my sessions with my therapist she by far is amazing at her job. I have two different groups I go to throughout the week I enjoy. And the staff is so friendly as well they take mental health very serious which is important for my well-being.

I am very happy with my short involvement I have with my team from this center. They seem truly concerned with my mental health and well being .Araiana is appreciated my me as well as the whole center. Thank You, Rita DeLaRosa- Medina
