Numa is incredible. I can’t say enough positive things about them. I was able to get an out of network exception from my insurance to receive treatment from Numa since the place that was within network was unavailable (thank god cause they’re actually awful) and the experience has been amazing. Every provider and staff member has been wonderful, and striving to provide the best experience possible to their patients. They think about everything from the beautiful decor and energy of the office/rooms to the vast snack/drink options provided, to the projector lights and sound machines in the rooms and hallways. They even provide Ubers to/from appts, it’s truly unheard of how beyond they go. Every provider I’ve had made me feel so safe and comfortable to talk to and gave great feedback, helping to support me through my healing journey. If you are considering ketamine therapy, this is where you want to go. I have told my friends all about Numa and the positive experiences I’ve had over the past 5 months of treatment. So grateful there are places like this after having had so many bad experiences at other clinics etc. Thank you, Numa! I also want to note, I’ve never had to wait for my appointments. They room me almost immediately when I arrive, get me checked in and do vitals. Also using the online system (Spruce) is very easy and user friendly, any inquires I’ve sent online are answered quickly. They have been great with scheduling and will go to bat for you with your insurance if they need to, I really have been in awe of how much they do for their patients.

Dr. Guo and Arjun are expert guides through the Spravato treatments. They are perceptive and consistently advocate for me and the other patients under their care. Their insights, curiosity, and compassion are powerful. The generous care they give is what I aspire to provide as a future healthcare professional. Chloe and Alina support me at each session, letting me chat or cry about silly things and always making sure I’m comfortable. They’ve helped me be less afraid of my sadness. I’ve never had this kind of care before <3 The Numa office is a place where I feel truly safe to talk about, experience, and learn from my pain. I highly recommend Numa to my friends and all those who live with despair and grief. I’m starting to feel hopeful again.

Dr. Guo is a wonderful and caring human being who is genuinely invested in her clients’ wellbeing and progress. In her, I have found someone who is dedicated to my healing and has been meeting me every step of the way with consistency, compassion, guidance, and insight for years. The Numa staff is friendly, kind, capable, and welcoming, always doing everything they can to make you feel at ease. The space is beautifully designed to look and feel like a sanctuary, with areas that are serene and open both in scale and in spirit, reflecting and encouraging the ideal atmosphere for the inner exploration and progress one is there to achieve. Communication is easy, friendly, and prompt and the app is a breeze to navigate, making the check-in process quick and easy with no superfluous and frustrating steps or requirements. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone seeking healing, particularly those who have made previous attempts but were discouraged and alienated by the impersonal, detached, profit-driven approach prevalent in our healthcare system.

I don’t often leave Google reviews, but this one is worth it. Numa is not your ordinary psychiatric clinic - they are taking it to the next level. From the moment you complete your intake, which is done promptly with much care and attention, I immediately felt at ease. The communication software they use available on desktop and mobile lets you message them anytime with any concerns, whether it be insurance related, medical-related, scheduling appointments, etc. - all in one place! When you enter the clinic, it doesn’t feel like a doctor’s office - it feels like home. The clinic’s modular and serene interior makes it feel like you’re in an oasis. Dr. Guo and all of her staff are the best in the industry, and they take great care to provide the best experience possible.
