I feel so fortunate to have been under Nico’s care for several years, from my mid-twenties to my early thirties. I had tried a few therapists before finding Nico and never felt that sense of comfort and safety that I finally found with her. Nico accompanied me through relationship challenges, career highs and lows, health issues, family strains and everything in between. I love Nico’s creative approach and I felt she always adapted with me through various changes in my growth and preferences for our sessions - from starting with a guided meditation to diving right into content. She gently challenged me when I was stuck in ways that helped me far beyond the limited time of each session.
