I was seeing Natalie for about 3+ years. In 2021 she sent an email that she could no longer treat me because of personal issues. This was in the middle of a crisis for me and while I understand that these things happen, she literally NEVER responded to any of messages ever again. NOTHING. I found that very unprofessional and was left questioning why she wouldn't respond or even let me know when she might be practicing again and if she started practicing again would she be able to continue seeing me. I would not recommend.
