Mindful SF did a workshop for our staff in honor of Mental Health Awareness month and it was so good! Most people weren't really sure what to expect going into it but I can guarantee that they got way more out of it than they thought. It was interactive and engaging while still also very personal to each participant. Sarah has a way of making everyone feel seen and heard authentically. The workshop also consisted of some educational pieces around mindfulness which was great. It wasn't overwhelming and it fit in perfectly with the rest of the exercises. We will definitely use Mindful SF again in the future!

I had a concept of wanting to learn more about mindfulness based stress reduction techniques and how these could be applied to help with the stressful/strenuous/fast-paced work that we do as clinicians, and also to be applied as resources to share with our patients and loved ones.
