I've been going to the MHSF Autism group for the past few months, and have found it very helpful. Felicia is a great facilitator!

They dont help at all. One counselor told me they get demerits or warning as counselors and they were upset because of it and when I was trying to tell my story. What non-profit does that. They have so much funding yet cant properly train people. Its sad. And causes more harm for people in mental health. They need to be shut down.

"bad experience with an employee named Alexander kryksman that I'd rather not talk about"

I have been a long time user of this service. They used to be nice and if ive been banned ive never been told. This has hurt my abandoment issues. If you dont have schizophrenia or bi-polar you are not taken seriously. If they ban you they should tell you. this passive aggressive stuff is childish. they are not trained as well as they used to be. i remember when this line first came to be.. it has changed alot. And honestly i hope things change for the better.. you all have a real opportunity to make change and your blowing it.

I am incredibly thankful for all of the support and healing I have received through this organization, both through the Warm Line and support groups

The support groups online and warmline have been really helpful in my recovery journey.

I was hung up on by a counselor years ago which stunned me. I reached out by email and had a few exchanges without action. Lately, I've tried to get through and all the 10 people I've tried to reach have their mailboxes full. When I emailed, my email is returned. It's a baffling mystery especially I worked as a social worker.

This is a safe place to share feelings, challenges and joys. It's a great place to speak what is on your mind and in your heart.
