The worst service I have ever received. Inhuman and uncaring. My opinion doesn’t even matter to them neither does my health; they do as they wish. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I was referred by Medi-cal and Westside Crisis. I finally after months of navigating this horribly run system I did a phone intake and had a 1-1 intake in person appt. I had to cancel due to scheduling conflicts. They called me back left a VM with their extension I called back just about a dozen plus times trying to connect to the extension - ended up in an endless operator loop not able to access the extension. I have now left at least 5 separate VM’s to the clinic with my information PLEADING for a call back and at least a modicum of respect of operating with competence. Why have a VM if you don’t use it? Why even have open doors and staff if you don’t operate with competence? Why push your poor and destitute clientele to the brink of a Karen crash out on google reviews like this? At this point it’s like I have to make a loud public stance to get basic respect and correspondence. Do not exist as a resource if you are not helping anyone. That is worse than not even existing as a resource. EDIT: Within 1 minute of posting this review I was called back to a person saying “Oh I’m confused we’ve *never* received a VM from you…” with the most feigned innocence in their voice… So the second I crash out, or make publicly known how incompetently you operate as an establishment, you have enough empathy to correspond and treat me like a human? Pathetic.

~Three month intake process! :( Minimum Steps: 1)Walk in, sign up for intake appointment. 2)Intake 1-on-1 appointment 3)Orientation appointment (Tuesday mornings) 4)long intake appointment-life history, goals 5)limbo group sessions for a month 6)appointment with clinic head 7)first individual therapy appointment. I feel abandoned. Being pushed from having regular therapy to three months with no therapy without even disclosing it is not OK. I was told I was sent here because I needed more help than the weekly therapy could provide but instead of getting the "wraparound" support I was promised, I'm getting months of almost no support.
