I had an appointment today for 5:30 pm and right when it was time for the appointment the doctor cancelled it. I had taken time off of work which cost me money and they didn’t even care. They offered a refund but said it would take 7-10 business days to get funds back which is bullshit. This company is very unprofessional, I highly recommend you don’t do business with them since they screwed me over.

I haven’t received my medication since Monday due to a licensing issue with a new provider. I was never contacted to resolve this. When I eventually called, I was told the only option was to have the medication delivered by RX, which meant not being able to pick it up in person. This issue happened when I switched doctors because the physician I normally see once a month had a full schedule. This service is not organized and unfortunately have to look for another provider.

My name is Justin Ruth I had an appointment with dr ambrosio Romero. He was great , like the first doctor who seemed to care. The only issue is one of the two medications he gave me isn’t helping for panic attacks. I’ve called customer service 3 times. The told me 3 days ago they sent the dr a note to send in a different anxiety med in and after two more calls I have had no response thru text or email that a new medicine would be sent to my pharmacy. I’m hoping he is just busy because after spending all the money I did I’m only left with a ssri. I’ve been out of work for the last two days having panic attacks bad again . Can someone please have the doctor call in a different medicine or have the dr email me . I was told 24-36 hours it’s now been 3 days started off work a 5 stat review. Then after years of being on my anxiety and mat meds they refused to see me cutting me cold turkey off Meds that atw suppose to be Weaned’ luckily found a new service who explained their explanations are false and continue care with a New company thag treats you with compassion not a dr.

I have been a patient with Ez care clinic for about a couple of years now, and I've had multiple issues. When it comes to getting a prescription sent correctly to the pharmacy so they can fill my meds. They sure are quick to personally call you multiple times a month trying to get you to book your appointment (& pay). I'm sure it's not the Dr.'s fault, but the incompetence of the people that are supposed to inform the dr of the app. I have been without my meds for a week now; and sending a prescription to the pharmacy is probably the easiest part of their job. This will not be the first time that I've had to abruptly stop taking my meds because of an error on their part, and it's so hard to deal with & work. For the life of me, I don't understand how I, the patient is the one still being effected negatively bc of their error. As it's not hard enough day to day, with ADHD, but this on nightmare on top of it, is ridiculous an unprofessional. I've never been treated this way from a Dr's office and it's unacceptable. P.S. Don’t even bother me with that BS auto reply about reaching out. I’ve already called that number, as well as sent an email & that does absolutely NOTHING to remedy this issue.

You can’t ever talk to them by phone only email. I was with them for two years and it was the worst two years of dealing with A clinic they caused more stress than anxiety than they helped the doctor. I have now is way more cheaper and gives me refills for three months and I only have to see him once every three months this place wants $170 every single month just to give you one prescription and they’re constantly trying to lower your dose they used to be OK I would see a doctor and they would give me a prescription with two refills and you can never find a pharmacy that will fill them and then if you do find a pharmacy that’ll fill them like CVS they will not send it to that pharmacy whatsoever, even though I was getting them filled there for year they just said all of a sudden we’re not sending prescriptions to CVS anymore and that was the only place in my area that would fill and they would not send it there and if you call all you’re gonna get is your place is Q one over and over. I would not recommend this place to anybody unless you want a headache

My visit with the Dr was fine. Was told by the Dr if dose needed to be adjusted to just reach out. Or/also we'll visit in a month to just go over dosage at no charge. I have reached out to adjust like Dr said with no response back from her. And now I'm being harassed to make a follow-up appt, but want to charge $159 to just adjust the dosage when I was promised no charge. And still no response from the Dr. Ridiculous.

Update: I’ve used this service for 1 1/2 years, and now the service is going down. I am having a harder time getting an appointment, and the link did not work for my last appointment. So far I can’t get anyone to reschedule. This is after they texted me several times asking to post a Google review. Not sure if there is new ownership, but service is declining. I love how easy it is to get an appointment. I have always gotten an appointment at a convenient time for my schedule. The staff is very communicative and prompt in responding. Even when I had an issue with my pharmacy, they resolved it very quickly. I felt the doctor really listened to me and made helpful suggestions for my course of treatment. I’ve been using this clinic for over a year and have nothing but positive things to say.

The staff is super helpful and friendly. Getting on for an appointment is rather quick instead of waiting a few weeks. My psychiatrist is amazing and everyone is so super helpful and nice. I am so happy I found a new place that is on top of their game and giving the best customer service to ensure their patients are taken care of. As a new mom struggling with postpartum I couldn’t be anymore grateful.
