I discovered Neurofeedback through a magazine advertisement and decided to contact Dr. Browne in SF. He told me Neurofeedback could help with my lifelong ADHD and Social Anxiety, and it turns out he was right! I attended weekly sessions for about 7 months during which Dr. Browne was very patient and very knowledgable, answering all my questions and helping me to understand the effects I felt during my treatment. My anxiety melted away after the first few months as my attention, memory, and senses all improved. Currently, my ADHD and Social Anxiety are GONE and I can honestly say that my life has gone from a constant struggle to an utter joy filled with opportunity. I even tapered off my ADHD meds during therapy and still feel better than I ever did! I can't thank Dr. Browne enough for how much I benefitted from this treatment. My treatment may be over but the effects are permanent, so now I just get to live my life, free from anxiety and distraction.

Every patient needs to find a counter party that fits their needs and personality. For me Dr. Thomas Browne has helped me understand myself. Using Neurofeedback has helped me tremendously in balancing my mind and helping me focus. I will continue to tell more people about this service.

"Sorry about your feelings," is how Dr. Browne responded when I said I was disappointed that he hadn't submitted the super bill 4+ months after he said he would. Dr. Browne did not take ownership for his behavior and instead sent me an inaccurate bill for me to submit. While meeting with him, he asked me about anxiety, and I explained how I did not feel it usually, but did sense it from him. He said that wasn't possible, because it wasn't professional -- and never said he sensed it from me again, even when I asked. Dr. Browne did help me better understand how my brain focused via neurotherapy. I found the neurotherapy valuable and would choose another doctor who I could trust to be respectful.
