Absolutely unprofessional, they have no idea how to assist a patient. You can barely understand them on phone. Don't waste your time with them. Unfortunately I'm unable to give them a 0.

Dr Lodhi is quite impatient and is a greenhorn in his field . He asks vague questions and does not understand your needs as an individual. His practice uses extremely convoluted forms that do not accommodate for people without jobs, drivers licenses, etc. His practice as a whole is much too rigid to be in an industry that ris built on helping people in a time of need when they may need flexibility, care, empathy, and respect. Do not waste your time, effort, and money.

Dr. Lodhi and his staff are wonderful people who truly care about their patients. I highly recommend their services. I recently moved to CA from out of state and Misbah helped me to have a seamless transition of care. She ensured me that my insurance would be accepted and she answered all of my questions ahead of time. Her work was monumental for easing my anxiety with having to find a new medication manager. Dr. Lodhi has been spectacular and is extremely responsive. He has worked with me during the medication shortage to make sure I have access to my prescriptions, often sending them to multiple pharmacies when they are out of stock. He is a huge proponent of having a multi pronged approach towards mental health, and in my first visit he provided me with a list of neurodivergent-affirming therapists that took my insurance. I’ve had multiple providers over the years, and I have never walked away from my appointments feeling as well-supported as I do with Dr. Lodhi.

Dr. Lodi has been a great help! He cares about his patients and works with them to find the best treatment (if needed) and care plan. Works with my insurance which is a great plus.
