I’ve worked with 2 psychiatrists at LifeStance and they’ve been so much better than any from Kaiser. They look at the whole picture in a more holistic rather than prescriptive way and I really appreciate it. They also offer really great group classes and other resources. I only just started working with Ashley but I’m so excited and hopeful because she seems really thoughtful and smart and well-rounded.

LifeStance has been a lifesaver. Even prior to the pandemic they had virtual appointments as an option so they have the online system down. The providers I’ve had have been wonderful. I love that you have access to bios of the providers to help you choose. I’ve recommended several friends and they’ve also had good experiences. Their communications system is wonderful. I can reach out to my provider anytime if something comes up between appointments. I highly recommend it as a mental health platform. Ashley Hoeck Anderson is a brilliant clinician. There are many times I’m struggling to describe a feeling or situation and she reads my mind and expresses it better than I ever could. She’s helped me so much with issues from ADD to anxiety to depression. She’s sympathetic and empathetic while also being good at giving “homework” and helping you to move forward in life. Ashley is wonderful and I always feel better after our appointments.
