I saw Dr Pratt for an evaluation for the AZBN . It’s not an easy thing to sit for hours with a stranger and be Vurnable, especially in these situations. However Dr Pratt made this experience seem effortless and easy. She completed things timely and even took the time to clarify questions after my evaluation was sent. She is board approved, she does an extremely thorough report, and I feel that along with being board compliant that she is Nurse friendly as she wants to hear who YOU are not what is on your referral. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing an approved evaluation for any state License. She’s affordable, kind, non judgmental and takes the extra effort to answer any concerns once she has completed.

I saw doctor Pratt for almost 7 months and she was very nice from the very beginning. She’s a great listener and she was really good at helping me to understand what my issues were and how to work through them and move past them. It was my first time going to therapy and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I would give negative stars if I could. This psychologist was on a list of providers that was given to me by the Arizona State board of Nursing. I was required to do a psychiatric evaluation due to a complaint that was received by the board. I had to pay $1,000 out of pocket to see this person ( Andrea Waddell-Pratt ) and it was all for nothing because she stated she was not able to give an official answer to the board as to wether she felt I was safe to practice as a nurse due to being on a certain prescribed medication. I would be happy to share the entire consultation as I have it recorded because I knew from the start this was not going to go well due to her attitude from the get-go. There were so many things she said in her report that were not accurate and not sure and like I said I recorded the entire consultation....She was very unpleasant. She never smiled, never said a thank you, for never said you're welcome if you say thank you, no manners whatsoever! Very "as a matter of fact". She corrected me when I called her by her name, to make sure I called her "Dr" as well. She was very judgemental, you could see it, you could feel her negative unpleasant energy as soon as you sit and talk to her. I really wanted to walk out as soon as I sat down but this was very time-sensitive and this was the absolute last day that I was able to do it before risking getting my license suspended. Which actually happened anyways due to her statement so I really wish I would have left and gone to someone was able to do there job. She never bothered to read my records before I went in and wanted to know the exact dates of every single thing she asked, which she would have those answers if she would have looked at my records, and would not continue unless I gave her a date. That's like me asking someone what they did on October 10th of last year at 6:00 p.m.... absolutely ridiculous, who remembers dates unless it's something important like a birthday or a holiday. Due to me not knowing the dates of everything she tried to blame that on having a memory impairment due to the medication that is prescribed to be me which is total BS.
