Tore my Pec Major while powerlifting. Went through 6 months of PT with Athlete Preformance Therapy! Can’t say enough good words about my PT Brandon, he was very understanding of my situation and long term goals and leading me down the right path to get there. All the employees and interns that worked along side with me were great as well, super helpfully people! Definitely would recommend APT if you want to get back to your top condition!

Madi and the whole team at athELITE were welcoming and tailored their work to me. I was able to finish my sessions without the pain I went in for, and along the way working with me to avoid future injuries.

Dr. Jonny has been awesome with my son! He’s done a great job connecting with him and making him feel comfortable. He’s knowledgeable, thorough, and always takes the time to explain things in a way we both understand. Really appreciate the attention to detail from Dr. Jonny and Janae, highly recommend!

I loved that they did strength testing right from the start so I could actually see the differences from one side of my body to the other. It was eye-opening to know exactly where my weaknesses were, and so motivating to track how much I improved. My pain improved so quickly, and from there I got an individualized program that was truly tailored to me. I also really appreciated the one-on-one time. It made me feel heard, supported, and confident that we were focusing on exactly what I needed. Can't recommend athELITE Performance Therapy enough!!

I can’t say enough good things about athELITE! I came in frustrated after weeks of no progress elsewhere, and within a couple sessions I already felt a difference. They actually take the time to figure out what’s going on and create a plan just for you. The one-on-one attention and the way they explain everything made me feel confident I could get back to my sport. Highly recommend!

DR Jonny makes me brand new and has fixed me the 3 times I've been to his office. First it was sciatica pain, back pain in my disc and nerve pain coming from an ankle fracture. HE IS WONFERFUL AND he is so knowledgeable i give him 10 stars. Thank you Dr Jonny FROM PATRICIA VILLALOBOS

I had dealing with knee pain and instability for almost two years post ACL Restoration, and tried out several PT’s. They all said trust the program and the pain and instability will go away. I never felt like I was being heard and my symptoms definitely did not go away, until I found Dr. Jonny at athELITE Performance. After explaining my complications to Dr. Jonny he knew right away what was wrong and addressed exactly what I was feeling. Instead of being told trust the process, he listened to me and worked with me to get to the root of my pain and instability. He took various objective measurements, so he could build a program specific to me, which was a first. He was able to address my knee pain the same day and taught me techniques to mitigate pain at home and gave me a workout program to get me back to the activities that I love. Thanks to Dr. Jonny I finally feel heard and can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I could not recommend Dr. Jonny and athELITE enough, I wish everyone could see him right away instead of spending years in pain and jumping through the hoops of finding a legitimate PT.

Best of the best! If you have pain you need to be going here. Not only will he get rid of your pain, he will tell you how to prevent it! If there were more stars I’d give more!

Dr. Jonny is by far the most talented PT for athletes that exists. His work is top-notch and always backed by what is best for the individual! He got my son back to full strength after a baseball injury when we were expecting surgery with months of recovery!

My son came in with a torn meniscus and Dr. Jonny was able to get him back to playing football in about 6 weeks with no surgery! It is easy to schedule and he spends a lot of time with each patient. He really cares about his patients and it shows with his commitment to each and everyone. He goes above and beyond and discusses nutrition and encourages texts or calls anytime you have a question or concern. We will definitely come back with any future injuries.
