Feeling trapped and is a very long waiting game. Having to fight for my rights consistently. And, other clients try to smoke all of my cigarettes and get money from me.

Extremely unreliable and Inconsistent Are the only traits I’ve seen from these people

Prescriber and staff ignore faxes and PA requests from pharmacy. Was prescribed a medication five weeks ago, still hasn't been filled. Spoke with no less than seven people. I try calling every week. Nobody gives a shit. Place is not like a real doctor's office whatsoever. Go to a PCP to get meds, because you're not getting them here.

The front staff never let's people know you're there for your appointment, worthless staff except for Anna, she's the only person in the building to do their job... I hate that I have to go there for services.

Redirect formerly Arrowhead Health Center has provided excellent services. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Getting prescriptions filled is done immediately, in a timely manner. All three physicians seen have Ben excellent. Suzann Topolosek listens well and asks pertinent questions. She’s fantastic. Thank you Redirect Health Care.

I would give them no stars if possible. They are completely disorganized, and have no regard for urgency when it comes to mental health. This is why I refuse to ask for help.

I saw this on PBS and was impressed. A place like this is very needed for the teenagers and young adults having the inability to cope with so much stress and having mental breaks.

This is the best clinic I've ever been to, and the best therapist I've ever had as well. I have Britney as a therapist and she's very easy to talk to. The whole facility is colorful and isn't depressing like most clinics. The therapist's offices are low lighting and they have things for you to fidget with. I can always see my therapist every week. The medical nurse practitioner that I saw was through Skype, but she asked more questions than anyone ever has, and listened to me too. I can always go in to see her earlier if I need to, where as the last clinic, I was having horrible side effects and they forced me to wait three months. I would recommend trying out this clinic to anyone.

This is the most impressive facility! The office staff is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and so friendly. They have state of the art technology and it is the neatest experience to be a part of such medicine. I look forward to my appointments and visits here. The neighborhood is of great artistic scenery.Lota of refurbished locations and new construction happening. This little diamond in the rough is an absolute gem of a center!
