BEWARE EVERYONE: Just called up to intake and got hung up on by the lady at the front desk for intakes multiple times. I simply asked for her help transferring to Pima st and she refused to help me or transfer me to a supervisor. Everytime I call up here im getting shifty attitudes from different woman and told different stories everytime. What a complete slap in the face!!!! I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE. TAKE IT FROM ME. I JUST WASTED AN ENTIRE MORNING GETTING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ACCOMPLISHED. AND EVERYONE THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE IN INTAKE ON PIMA ST IS EITHER RUDE AS HELL OR REFUSES TO HELP ME. TELLING ME TO GO TO MESA WHEN I LIVE IN PHOENIX.I WILL NEVER GO HERE EVEN IF U PAID ME to. I STILL WOULDNT GO DUE TO CONTINUING NON HELPFUL, and UNTRUTHFUL EMPLOYEES. WHEN SOMEONE CALLS IN FOR HELP, YOURE SUPPOSED TO HELP THAT PERSON. ITS NOT RIGHT. I WILL BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT.
My husband doesn’t have a google so this is on his behalf his name is John. He has had a wonderful experience with Ronesha Fields she is constantly helping him with all his appointments and she is always making impossible things POSSIBLE. Absolutely Enjoy having to talk with her because of her professionalism and her pure kind heart.
Unqualified to decide grown men’s future… Destiny tried to have me committed against my will under her assumption that I was a danger to myself. I stated multiple times that I had no intention to harm myself or others. A quack job, even went so far as to file a petition that took me an entire day off of work to get dismissed. She should never be allowed to go on a “crisp” call again, and the crisis call, well it was serotonin syndrome, not a mental health emergency but a medical emergency. This 501C3 should be shut down as they are wrecking people’s life.
Scam. They suck funds and don’t actually help. They won’t even close my case and I haven’t lived in phoenix in 6 months. Someone should investigate their books.
The employees there are sarcastic, unethical and unprofessional. Instead of being a place of encouragement and resources, they’re a source of stress and more unnecessary aggravation. We were scheduled with the incorrect provider and were not seen. Then basically blamed when told “ We tried calling you”. So a wasted trip, time and wages lost because of incompetence of this company.
Their van drivers can't drive at all. A older woman driver was tailgating me today then drove around me looked at me crazy, and then cut in front of me and pressed on her breaks. And I had my 4 year old granddaughter in the car. I tried to get the phone number off the van but she was moving way too fast at least 10 miles over the speed limit. Find new drivers or better train the ones you got. Thanks
Update: NP Kamal has been the only one to respond to our contact efforts. I received all our referrals we needed. Thankfully she shared her email so we could contact her. Otherwise I have never had any of my voicemails returned by the staff. Original: Scheduled an appt for hospital follow up for a relative. I was given a quick turn around for 830am appt. They insisted it should be in person given the nature. However, I arrived with medical records, we waited OVER 2 hours when I asked how much longer. The patient was having trouble sitting for so long. We were roomed shortly after (after being told- the clinic did not have any medical assistant and someone from next door was helping them.) We get into the room for the doctor be ON A TV!! NP Kamal had no way to view the records, no examination, nothing. Did not review medication list, did not order any tests. I have no idea why we needed to come into this appt in person. NP ordered an injection but told us she did not know how we would get it as they did not have anyone to administer medication!!? Really? We could have did a virtual visit from the comfort of our nursing home. Total waste of our time. DO NOT RECOMMEND PCP Care here as the mental health side seems too unorganized and understaffed to properly care for the patients. We left at after 11am which again we had an 830am appointment.
If I could give zero stars I would. Tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but they’ve been a disaster since my intake appointment. Scheduled me for a SECOND intake (supposed to be for therapy) 4 hours before the agreed upon time (supposed to be at 12:00pm, scheduled for 8:00am). Any time I’ve had to call in and ask questions, front desk is extremely rude. Would never recommend for ANYONE to use their services. Worst experience ever.
This place is terrible. Only reason why I came here is because there is where my follow up was scheduled after I got out of the hospital. Should’ve left that same day. Front desk will put you on hold just so they can talk with a coworker. I’m trying to get a hold of my psychiatrist only to be told that she no longer works there. No heads up. Running low on meds and need refills but conversations with co workers are more important than our health. This place horrible.
