Dr. Wooten is committed to those she works with. She will go out of her way to accommodate your needs and make your wellness a priority. Wooten is one out of two psychologists that I trust completely. She is compassionate, professional and experienced.
The billing office is dreadful.. 5 months to receive the first bill. Conveniently just long enough for the insurance companies 90 day time limit to expire. So we were shocked when the insurance company told us the first time they had been billed was 10 months after the initial apt.. We were left with a bill that would have been paid at 100%. Sadly mental health and money problems go hand in hand.... Shame on you Wooten and associates.
I dont know what the services are like because we never got an appointment. It took 2 weeks for the office to just return our call in the first place. We called back left another message and have given up. Very bad service.
