Dr. Ayub is an amazing Dr. Who knows his specialty. I will not see another Dr. as long as Dr. Ayub is available.
I met with Dr Tony who was not only knowledgeable but also empathetic and kind. Wait was minimal and all the staff were helpful and professional.
Just calling there today was a very pleasant experience! Sorry I did not get your name ma'am but you were so nice! Thank you. Ellen Tallabas Called back today same lady same great attitude! Lisa maybe? Talked to Jennifer too I still have to drive downtown for an in person appt once every 6 months. It's hard when you have cancer and Medicare is not in your body! Rules is rules I guess. π€£
I am discontinuing treatment at this facility because Dr Kothari did not allow my input into her plan of care for me. I requested her help with a specific problem related to the treatment I was doing and she put me off three times at three different appointments with inadequate "reasons" when I brought it up. This is unacceptable to me. On the plus side, my appointments started on time and the staff were very nice and helpful.
Wow Iβm impressed the atmosphere lovely the ladies at the front desk and the nurse are very friendly and I am already getting good vibes from the Dr. great fantastic job my friends Iβm so very comfortable π€ I ainβt never had a Dr come out to get me for my appointment before wow I feel comfortable
Iβve been a patient here for 9 years seeing maybe 5 doctors, each for 2 years or less until they graduate. Iβve always liked the front office staff and the doctors. I even used a therapist in this office who completely changed my life for the better. Right now I have Miller-Munoz for my doc and she is the most thoughtful doc Iβve had so far, totally in-tune with details and showing compassion along the way. There are good hearts here!
Dr. Kumar is wonderful. I just completed a comprehensive positive review on Banner Health. I want to spend the effort to do it again here. Even though she is well worth it.
I was in their inpatient treatment for my mental health issues and they were the best in helping myself out with my treatment. The nurses and the techs were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for your personal care.
Will lie about accepting AHCCCS MercyCare when scheduling your appointment, then lie about accepting it AGAIN when confirming the appointment. Will make you wait a month for an appointment after telling you multiple times they accept your insurance and then when you arrive for the appointment will then tell you that they don't have any providers who accept that insurance.
Went through all of the hoops of the initial appointment and started on a treatment plan. When I reached out through their portal to talk to my doctor, I was told thatβs not an option. I had concerns about my treatment plan, but I was given a call back by an administrative assistant and was told the only option was to trust my doctorβs professional opinion but that a message could be passed on. She then asked me if I wanted to cancel my follow-up appointment. Sure! Sounds like they donβt take any feedback seriously-just ready to drop people after doing the appointment and collecting their money. I am now looking for a new hospital and doctor which will take my concerns into account so that I can get the medical help I need.
