I had a bad experience. I made an appointment with Dr. Gadson for my 14 year old son directly with Dr. Gadson. I received confirmation of the appointment. A different person reached out to me to ask for my son's insurance card. I then confirmed appointment with Dr. Gadson at the downtown location because the email confirmation said it was in Glendale. I was assured that my assumption was correct. I show up and it is with an unlicensed totally different provider. I assume that based on my son's insurance I was pawned off to someone else without my knowledge. They tried to tell me they all work together and even left a voice mail that all providers work as groups. I have never made an appointment with a medical provider and show up to find my appointment is with someone else. That is just not acceptable in any situation. Even my text confirmation said it was with Dr. Gadson. I left angry because I have seen it all too many times of people being disregarded and mistreated because they have to accept the amount insurance allows as payment in full and I am not a cash patient... And I am supposed to trust my teen's mental health to an organization that disregards patients this way? NO THANK YOU!!!
