Excellent service. The front desk staff member was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. Great experience.
Excellent...!! Two (2) thumbs up (ππΎππΎ)..!!! From the moment in walked into the buildingvi felt at ease. From the security guy sitting in the lobby, to the receptionist at the office checking me in, to th therapist (Dr. Howard Thirus) I had the appointment with. Great service, helpful, answered all my questions to where I understood and they made sure everything was acceptable by me.
Expect no responses after your appointment. Would recommend getting a psychiatrist through your primary care doctor instead. No one was in the office when my appointment was scheduled until 10 minutes later. If youβre getting diagnosed for anything regarding classes this will not help you as you need more reasons than just a diagnosis. Hope this helps!
I have been working with Lifestance for a few years now and am believe they do a great job. I especially appreciate their responsiveness to questions, scheduling appointments, etc. And my therapist is top notch.
The patient portal makes it easy to keep in touch with my Nurse Practitioner. Kelly responds in a timely manner and is available to meet virtually.
Twice now I've had to go cold turkey off my meds because of insurance issues directly related to LifeStance ignoring messages. They will, literally, not respond for days to requests for help or properly file pre auth requests with insurance. My therapist has done two no call no shows, you're nothing but a number and a revenue source here. They simply don't care.
I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Maureen Goldblatt showed no regard for privacy; she sent me another patient's credit card and personal information, including their SSN#. Her notes were inaccurate, suggesting she wasn't attentive. When I contacted her boss, Bob Noor, he did take my call but spent most of the time excusing her unacceptable behavior. There are plenty of other therapists with superior skills and better attention to help you. Response to owner: I already tried to contact Lifestance on 12/2 to report this, on 12/10 I received a response stating it would be sent to the local operations, a.k.a. Bob Noor, who is a big part of the problem.
Best therapy ever here. Lot's of great therapists. Wendy and Melissa have been really great. Once in awhile in the past I'd run into a crappy arrogant therapist but overall it's a great place to go.
Wonderful and talented therapists! Iβm learning so much about myself and coping techniques for my mental Health challenges. Makes my quality of life so much better!
I'm very happy with my therapist, Jennifer Maxwell. I have been with her since the beginning of the year. She really helped me through a difficult time.
