Marcus is a fantastic coordinator and facilitator of the program. Thanks for helping me change my life around!
NO ONE will get back to you or answer the phone. I've tried to email, call, leave multiple messages the last few months and no one will get back to me. Unprofessional!!!!! I need proof of completion of a course and I can't even get it! Update: I am his POA, as I stated in my emails and messages and I offered to show proof. No reply at all is completely unprofessional. Who does that???
Do not use this company if at all possible. Asked for a return call and never got one. They are suppose to help sex offenders integrate back into society after being incarcerated and that is far from what they do. The DOC needs to know about what goes on with this company which they will be informed of as some of their practices seem very shady
I couldn't leave a zero. It's absolutely horrible. No one available to help clients who don't understand homework so you guess. Causes client more frustration than benifit. They are supposed to be working with clients to gain skills and prevent future interactions that could or would result in domestic violence yet clients can only email with limited response not information that helps clarify. This is an expensive and unproductive way for the state to pretend to help stop violence
