I had my first massage in over a year here and let me say that Alexa was fantastic! The atmosphere was incredibly calming, her energy was grounding, and she is very skillful in her practice. I plan to book with her monthly and would absolutely recommend others do the same.
My husband and I have been coming here for the past year monthly, everything about this place is phenomenal, really small business feel, every time I leave I feel like I was listened to and it feels personable unlike other places in the area that made me feel like another $, deep tissue is insane, she really takes her time to feel problem areas and I trust her to tell me what I need. I have recommended everyone at my office! Thank you! Also couples massages are reasonably priced! Very competitive! I appreciate that I never feel like she expects a tip
My go to place when I’m away from Chicago! You cannot beat the incredible price for a deep tissue! And it is DEEP! I love how comfortable the owner makes me feel, it doesn’t have a franchise feel, it truly feels like she’s welcoming you into her home. Hot stones and cupping is always included at no charge and I think that is insanely amazing of this place. Honestly I can be a massage snob and this is one of the best massages I’ve received
ALEXA! Thank you so much for giving me such a phenomenal experience. Hot stones were top tier! Definitely recommending to my peers, everyone needs a massage from here! The room set up was so beautiful!
I had a great massage with Alexa! I chose the “Medium/Sports” massage and it was the perfect mix of relaxation and pressure. Prices are pretty reasonable as well. The suite had great vibes; very calming and cute! Definitely will be back again!
First place i have been to that actually does deep tissue when they say deep tissue! I came in for a couples massage and had the therapuetic with tanya and she was amazing! It was so relaxing i fell asleep! I have booked medium and deep tissue and each session has been exactly that. She is open to my opinion on pressure and she makes sure i know i can vocalize my needs! Thanks alex
I had an amazing experience at Healing Bodywork & Wellness. My brother and I booked a couples massage after long work shifts and intense gym sessions, and it was exactly what we needed. From the moment we walked in, the space felt comforting, welcoming, and calming—the vibes alone instantly helped release stress and tension. The massage was deeply relaxing and perfectly tailored to worn-out bodies. We left feeling refreshed, grounded, and taken care of. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to truly unwind and reset.
This place was amazing!! I truly cannot say enough good things about it. I recently fractured my arm and noticed that the muscles around my elbow were affecting my neck and causing a lot of pain. After a quick search, I saw that they offer cupping and decided to give it a try. I can honestly say that it made a huge difference—my back and neck pain were significantly improved after the session. The experience was both effective and relaxing, and I felt so much better afterward. I will definitely be coming back in the future and highly recommend this place to anyone dealing with muscle pain or recovery
I was so excited for my first ever massage... I arrived 10 minutes early. I figured I was just a little *too* early since the door was locked and the lights were off. Proceeded to wait an additional 15 minutes. I called, texted, even tried knocking and using the ring doorbell. The doorbell didn't even work... Again, I was super excited, but I don't think I'll be back. I wish I had read the reviews prior to booking seeing as I'm not the first (or even fourth) person to have this happen to them :(
Alexa was amazing. My first visit but will not be my last. We started the session with a consultation and areas of focus. I have sciatica and she knew exactly how to loosen up that nerve. 10/10 gracias!
