I thought I reviewed BodyMechanics already but realized I did not! I started coming here for advice and support for various problems from small/large and a post surgery recovery plan. Jenna, Gabby, Elizabeth, and Lorinda have all helped me and are very competent PTs who are able to help you overcome your challenges! Thanks for all your help!

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience here, especially working with Gabby. After my meniscectomy, and previous PT elsewhere that was not tailored to me, I lost hope in ever being able to walk again. Gabby completely changed that. She listened, understood my unique needs and goals, explained things so clearly, thoughtfully individualized every exercise and progression, and encouraged me every step of the way. Because of her expertise and compassion, I can now do things I hadn’t been able to do in over three years—walk pain-free, stand on one leg, jog after 7-year old, fully participate in kickboxing classes, and even do single-leg RDLs. These “little things” feel life-changing, and I will never take them for granted again. I highy recommend Gabby and this clinic to anyone who needs PT!

I was having terrible pain in my arthritic left knee. Working with Gabby was a wonderful experience. I am now able to walk greater distances and climb stairs more easily. The exercises she gave me are easy to do at home and have helped tremendously.

Gabby Newton did an incredible job helping me recover from a calf tear. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to look into the injury and potential underlying movement patterns. The exercises she assigned immediately led to a steady improvement, and the dry-needling helped too. I’ve been recommending her to everyone.

Had a great experience here working with Gabby! Helped me understand what was going on, provided valuable exercises and stretches, and got me back to running after knee pain. Very friendly and kind. I've avoided PT in the past feeling insecure about my body/ability, but this was a calm, safe environment, and I never felt judged. Highly recommend!

Gabby at Body Mechanics assisted me with PT. She listened to my concerns and then developed a comprehensive plan that really helped me. She provided exercises that moved along my recovery and adjusted exercises based on my feedback. I will go back to Body Mechanics for any future PT needs.

I’ve been a client of Body Mechanics for many years and have worked with multiple PT’s. They’ve all been miracle workers to me. When I’ve had any physical issue, including pain, they are able to isolate the issue and if not resolve it, minimize the impact and provide ongoing management. I consider them a partner in my health care like a primary care physician or a specialist. I’m so grateful for their genuine caring and skilled support. Shout out to Jenna who is so caring & skilled in working on my current knee & shoulder issues. Thanks to Andy K for finding the best PT’s and providing a great service to downtown Milwaukee!

I came to Body Mechanics in downtown Milwaukee with extreme and persistent pain from a repetitive strain injury in my neck. If someone told me that within 3 weeks I’d be pain-free with complete motion in my neck, I wouldn’t have believed it but that’s exactly what happened. I was assigned to Gabby who assessed the damage, assigned exercises and requested detailed updates. She was incredibly knowledgeable, answering my many questions thoroughly which enabled me to best care for myself between visits. She was very encouraging and professional, and Lorinda at the front desk made the whole process a breeze. I very highly recommend Gabby and Body Mechanics to anyone in need of PT!

Jenna at Body Mechanics is the best Physical Therapist around!! I had been to a few before I was lucky enough to find Jenna (through a recommendation from a friend). Other PTs just used a massage gun which was very painful or watched me ride a stationary bike (both of which I could have done at home). Jenna takes time and cares about decreasing my pain and increasing my movement. I have gotten SO MUCH better since going to see Jenna; improvement I never saw with anybody else.

I had the best experience at Body Mechanics. The communication is incredible and they actually care about you. I worked with Jenna for several months and she is patient, takes time to educate you, and is very thorough in her treatment. Even after we ended treatment, she still checks in every once in a while to make sure I am still doing well.
