Keith McGregor is a registered psychologist with extensive experience in organisational and personnel psychology. He holds a B.Sc. and is a member of the New Zealand Psychological Society and the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand. McGregor's background includes 12 years with the Royal New Zealand Air Force, where he focused on selection test development, interviewing, training development, selection validation, personal counselling, survey work, and statistical analysis. He also represented the New Zealand Defence Forces in behavioural sciences projects with international counterparts. As a director of Gilmour McGregor & Associates, he gained recognition for executive assessment, interview techniques, and testing.
