This downtown location was a great experience for me in my time of need. From the young lady that answered and returned my call over the phone to the receptionist to my physical therapist and his coworkers. Always so polite and courteous .Awesome team they have at this location and special shout out to GIAN who worked with me and help me out tremendously in my journey to recovery..
Forever Grateful for Miss Brianna Garza . As a mom, watching my daughter go through bilateral knee surgery and my second daughter through knee fracture was one of the hardest things I’ve ever experienced. I felt scared, worried, wondering if she would ever get back to being themselves . But from the very first day, Miss Brianna changed everything for us. She’s amazing with kids. My daughters absolutely loved being with her. They laughed together during therapy, shared so many fun moments, and somehow, even when it was hard, every visit felt exciting and something to look forward to , they were always excited for the next visit , Ms.Brianna always knew how to make therapy fun, but she never let my daughters take the easy way out. She pushed them hard, encouraged them through every challenge, and never gave up, even when progress was slow or my daughters felt frustrated. Ms. Brianna’s kindness ,determination, patience, and heart are incredible. She helped my daughter not only heal physically, but also gain confidence, strength, and hope. Watching her walk again, move with more ease, getting back to the sport they love and smile through the process .was amazing , I will never forget seeing the joy in my daughter’s face after a tough session, knowing how much effort Miss Brianna had poured into her care. The bond they formed was truly special. My daughters will always remember Miss Brianna—not just as their physical therapist, but as someone who believed in her, lifted her up, and showed her what strength really looks like. As a mother, I will forever be grateful for Miss Briana’s love, patience, and dedication. She didn’t just help my daughter recover—she touched their hearts and changed their lives. Thank you so much Ms.Brianna - Very thankful for Rosie as well . Rosie, thank you for always being so happy to help and making everyone feel welcome. You just have this way of making people feel good the second they walk in."
Gian was just wonderful! He was super patient, positive and kind! My daughter always looked forward to her visits and saw great improvement with the exercises they did in the session and the exercises he gave her for home!
Gian did a remarkable job helping me achieve all my objectives during my physical therapy session. He is so knowledgeable, insightful and friendly that the whole experience was not only successful but also very enjoyable! The entire staff at the downtown Healthlink facility is like one big family. If you need any type of physical therapy support this is the place to go!!
My experience at Healthlink PT Downtown was amazing! The staff is very professional, kind, compassionate and personable! When I started PT, I could barely walk due to a knee and ankle injury. Within 3 months I was so much stronger that I was walking without any difficulty and all of my pain was gone! The atmosphere is very positive and I loved how everyone is so friendly. Brianna kept me very challenged but was also careful to check on my pain level and tolerance for the exercises often. I am very grateful for the results I achieved and I definitely recommend Healthlink Downtown for anyone having therapy needs. Many thanks to the entire staff! ❤️
I had complete left knee replacement and did my PT at your downtown location. Ro and Bri are excellent in their knowledge of the PT I needed to be able to use my knee again. They were tough when I needed them to be and it helped me to want to do my best to be able to improve. They are outstanding Physical Therapist. They also gave me printouts of exercises to do at home. Also, Rosie at the front desk, is excellent in what she does. Thank you, Mary Boehme
They treated me for back pain, which was causing issues when I was competing in half marathons. The treatment seemed well tailored to my problem. All the therapists seemed very competent. I improved during the treatment and left with a comprehensive list of exercises to work on at home. I would definitely return there if I needed more therapy.
I was very impressed with the therapy I received. I had knee replacement and I am surprised all the things I am able to do since having therapy. I highly recommend the Downtown location. GIAN is an excellent physical therapist **********. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
I had a trimalleolar fracture surgery in my left ankle and was referred to this location. At first I didn’t know what to expect since this was my first time to go to physical therapy, but the physical therapists here make every visitation welcoming. I actually enjoyed going to every session and learning new techniques on how to improve my range of motion of my left ankle. Of course starting the first few sessions I felt as if nothing was going to improve but the physical therapists were consistently encouraging with helpful advice on how to strengthen my ankle and how to get back to walking like normal again. In time I will be fully better I just have to continue working in increasing my ankle mobility. I am very grateful for the support and hospitable service here. I also want to thank Andrea, Rose, Brianna, Joshua, Robert and receptionist Rosie for helping with my improvement. I highly recommend anyone to this location to receive the best service. Thank you again so much for everything 🧡
If you park in the garage here, you can take your ticket in to get validated, and if you park in the garage the entrance to the physical therapy is right on the first floor, I’m showing the parking across the street, it seems available to park anywhere there for free, they also mentioned that it’s safe, go in and simply sign in, they will give you paperwork if your new, do an assessment, friendly and patient staff which is a plus if you are already feeling frustrated
