I thought this man actually cared about his patients, but I was wrong. He dropped me a a patient. He didn’t even let me know after our last visit. Then I called to make an appointment and the rude receptionist said he wasn’t seeing patients outside of the hospital. I asked her if I go to the hospital he will see me? She said yes. I asked her if I can have a quick visit that I only needed one prescription. Not a controlled substance. She placed me on hold and asked him and he said no. I received the letter terminating treatment about 2 weeks after she told me that he wouldn’t be seeing me anymore telling me to find a psychiatrist through my insurance. I did that and no one in my area accepted new patients. Doctors these days don’t care about their patients. I remember seeing him in the hospital and when he asked me a question and I answered him, he wouldn’t listen. Then he would ask me the same question again. I hate him and pretty much every doctor I’ve encountered. No one cares anymore!!!!

Dr Gonzales is closing his office but I wanted to leave a review and let him and potentially his future employers know that he is a very professional Doctor and cares for his patients. He takes my anxiety and panic attacks seriously compared to other Drs. I no longer have insurance but have been happily paying the $100 per appointment(even more proof hes a caring doctor). Why do I go to him and am gonna miss him as my psychiatrist? He took my anxiety seriously!! My anxiety stems from hypertension and he's taken me seriously and treated me efficiently and kept my blood pressure lower and my anxiety has been much more manageable. I'm going to miss having you as my psych Dr. Gonzales, continue being the amazing doctor and kind hearted person that I've seen from you and I wish you well~

It's a shame you have to leave a star. I have tried to get a hold of Dr. Gonzales for over 3 weeks now. I have left messages on their answering machine and through their answering service. No on has called me back. I had my appointment today. The doctor never called. At this point, I have 3 days left of one of my scripts. I called the answering services today and told them it was very important (I am almost out of a medication)that I talk to the doctor, she told me to go to the ER. The ER turned me away. So here I sit, waiting to go through some serious withdrawals. If you are reading this, DO NOT go here. He WILL ghost you and leave you with no medication. I am terrified.

HORRIBLE FRONT DESK!! was trying to get appointment information was told I was going to get a call back same day no one EVER called than called next day spoke to a very RUDE Sharon at the front desk who just said “they will call you back!” I asked when and was given a rude 2-3 business days answer that no one ever told me about. I have never talked to two front desk people as rude as this offices. Told them I was not liking how they were talking to me and Sharon said we have no obligation to you go! SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS DONT GO HERE!!

I called to see if he was accepting new patients but was told there was a waiting list. I asked how long the desk representative said I’m not sure. Not sure these are questions you should know. Give these people some decent answers.

Dr. G has been my doctor for 2 years. When I moved here the wait list for a psychiatrist that takes my insurance was a mile long. When he found out my primary care doctor was monitoring my psych meds he immediately fit me in to an appointment.

Doctors are great, both doctors. The male receptionist is completely rude over the phone. Typically nice in person.

Both doctors are very sweet . I'm glad I found a doctor who cares how you feel
