Charlatans! Deer Oaks is contracted by nursing homes purely to medicate residents in nursing homes & they don’t even do it responsibly, unless you are familiar with your rights. The past four years, my observation of Deer Oaks is that they are only around to keep tabs on us. A few conversations I had with a few Deer Oaks reps left me with the notion that they will only enable someone’s behavior, regardless if they are confused/deluded. They aren’t here to help people come back to reality & I feel that an investigation into Deer Oaks is strongly merited.

After 30 years in long term care, I have found Deer Oaks is a great way to still serve that population through 1:1 counseling, neuro psych testing, and med management services. A company with true integrity and passion for the elderly!

Do you actually have a license to practice? You are KILLING innocent people and you don’t even care! You CAN NOT take people off of psychiatric medication that they have been taking for YEARS in a MONTH time span and not have a terrible outcome! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND LISTEN TO REVIEWS!! This place is not to be trusted with your life or anyone that you love life!

Absolute dumpster fire of a health services provider. My municipality changed over to Deer Oaks a few months ago, was totally disconnected from all previous counseling and services. two months later, despite living in 2023, having email, phone, text, sms, etc., still waiting on them to "find" my providers name or assign me a new one. Zero attempt at follow up or outreach. I spoke to someone who sounded like she was in her living room babysitting 10 kids. This company is a total for profit joke and not a sincere organization looking to help anyone do anything but get the run around. There'll be a report on 60 Minutes on these clowns somewhere down the line.

My company encourages us to utilize the EAP program . However they will not take a child that is 12 years old . They state against policy. I've never heard of EAP not taking a child for counseling

Terrible. I received a bill for a family member. The bill lists me as the financial responsible party I AM NOT. I am a family point of contact. After 5 voicemails I have not received even one call back. AWFUL !

Unacceptable service. They have to be thee slowest EAP Service providers in San Antonio,TX if not the State or the Country. It may be there is not enough staff to assist with the number of calls received. I have used there service for legal, financial, and behavioral health. I used the referral services for the legal at least twice I did not receive a call back from a legal time. I had to call back. The financial services went very smooth. And the Behavioral Health Services Department is just as slow as the Legal Department. Customer service is great but the company needs to reassess its timing that is provided to its customers. I will definitely be providing feedback to my organization.

If you really care about your business, you'll take care of the spoofing. Why is your number calling me to see if I have federal student loans. Fix it. Ive already had one of your numbers call amd I blocked that. And now another number that belongs to you guys. When I call back the number it goes back to your business. Fix the spoofing.
