Dr. Snyder is very compassionate. She truly cares about her patient's well-being and mental health. She is exceptionally good at speaking with kiddos who have chronic medical conditions.

Our son has been seeing Dr. Snyder for about a year now and has improved greatly with his anxiety. Dr. Snyder has helped our family immensely. Ms Maria at the front desk is always kind, helpful & patient. Thank you!

My experience has been very good, and although I wasn't very sure at first, now I love it. She is very professional and always gives me good advice. Every time I go to therapy, I feel better and I can vent, and I feel very grateful for all her help because she has made me a better person and has helped me a lot.

Terrible first meeting, I felt like I was under the spot light. She didn't even speak to my child, she took one look at him in the waiting room and automatically made the consensus that he needed to be assessed for autism. Her questions for me as well has her responses were highly unprofessional. She was very demeaning and judgemental. Will not be going back.

This doctor is BEYOND unprofessional! From the very first visit she made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. Our next visit was canceled same day by her office. Then we go to our evaluation and she doesn’t greet us just looks at us and says “I haven’t seen you in a long time not sure if I can help “ …then we go in to the exam room with all the toys and my son begins to play as she proceeds to tell me she never received paper work from me or the teacher she emailed. My response was “ I received no email and why wasn’t I notified if nothing was received prior to the visit if a teacher hasn’t responded I could tell the school since I am there daily!” Her response and I quote “that’s not my job to remind you or inform you that’s your responsibility “ and pointed at me as if she were scolding me. I apologized informing her I work for doctors and know how important time was and if something was missing for my child I should have been informed so I could get her what she needs to help get answers for my son. I also informed her I will let my pediatrician know how she treated me and my son and I will see to it that my pediatrician knows to NEVER refer her patients to see this doctor. Needless to say I grabbed my son and we immediately left! There is no way any parent needs to subject themselves or their children to this provider for any type of care!!! I always talk highly of CHOSA but this provider should Definitely be retrained or given courses on how to speak properly to her patients.

Unprofessional. She has canceled my daughter’s appointments FOUR times! We drive 2.5 hours to see her and 3 out of the 4 we were already getting into San Antonio.

Terrible medical service received for my daughter. I have never had a doctor unwilling to help their patient as Dr Snyder did to my child. I feel so let down by the medical community over this experience.
