Dr Martinez was very attentive to my child. My son felt so comfortable with Dr. Martinez and his colleague after the evaluation appointment, that my son didn't want to leave the office. Dr. Martinez was very detailed on the results of the evaluation. We will recommend Dr. Martinez to other family and friends. Nursing staff was nice and friendly as well.
Staff was polite, pleasant and attentive. The medical assistant Cammery worked hard to ensure we were communicating accurate information back and forth and that I understood what the next steps were. She was accommodating to my schedule for future appointments. Dr. Martinez’s student was attentive, thorough, and sensitive to the need to discuss certain sensitive information out of earshot of the young patient to avoid upsetting her. Dr. Martinez was an excellent listener, explained patiently and clearly what the next steps were and gave us the options for how to proceed. He came up with an excellent plan for the next few months which satisfied us ( the guardians) and was acceptable to the child’s mother. He agreed to a separate Telehealth visit to talk with the mother so she would be included & could ask any questions she had and express any concerns. He was able to explain the plan of care in a way that she accepted-a remarkable feat. We are very encouraged and thankful that this young family member with multiple issues is being caring for by such an outstanding team!
I’ve waited years for my son to get a diagnosis. I explained my concern to the Dr and he listened to my concerns. I’m glad someone finally was able to help my son.
Dr. Martinez saw my daughter and immediately recognized her needs. He put me at ease, something I have not been at in awhile. He made me feel like help is possible. Thank you so much.
Dr Martinez was very attentive to my child. He took the time to make sure my child was evaluated properly.
