I will never ever attempt to book with this franchise again. Ive had the most terrible experience with them. This was my first time booking or trying to book . And so we were at the appt 15 minutes early to fill out all the paperwork for a couples massage and at 7:04 two males come out to get us and I’m looking like ??? . So I go back out to the front to ask if they had women massage therapists available and they said no. So the worker at the front was explaining and apologizing to us because when we booked nobody asked us if we had a preference of a male or a female massage therapist… so then she says she’s gonna reach out the the manager to see if we can be rescheduled because it was their fault that they did not ask. Long story short the manager never responded while we were there just waiting for about 10-15 minutes. So we left. Next day, my gf cards get charged a fee and the manager calls and basically says we have to pay additional money to reschedule and we were charged a “refusal” fee because we cancelled after the appt start time . Well, we couldn’t cancel before because the two massage therapists didn’t come out to get us until 7:04 😒. Now they won’t refund us or even reschedule us unless we pay more money when we already paid for a massage we never received . Which is bullshit. I don’t even want to reschedule at this point. Just want a refund . Terrible customer service .

Izzy was great. I’ve never had a massage before, he was professional, accommodating, and most of all friendly. I did a couples massage and my girlfriend had Linda. She loved her as well. 5/5. Highly recommend!

Today was my first time at Massage Heights Midtown, and I had a wonderful experience! My massage therapist, Aaron, was incredibly attentive and really took the time to listen to my areas of concern. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the session and focused on exactly what I needed. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I will definitely be coming back!

Alexander was extremely helpful and informative when assisting with my check in/out. Elvia did an amazing job during my massage. The service was so relaxing and I can’t wait to book my next one!

I have been a client at Massage Heights Midtown for a few years, and while I can speak positively about the professionalism of the credentialed team, I can unequivocally speak about the intuitively gifted hands of my therapist, Isidro, or "Izzy," as he prefers. Whether it's addressing pain management, targeted or focus areas or deep tissue or light touch therapy aimed at relaxing your mind, body and renewing your soul, Izzy is the best. Not only does he take the time to educate you with his years of licensed experience, he also listens to your concerns and works with you to create a solution. How am I so assured of his expertise? ...the fact that I have an added value membership coupled with the fact that Izzy is my preferred therapist at Massage Heights - Midtown grounds my trust and confidence to his care!

My husband and I visited this location for a massage, and the quality was average—definitely not worth the price. I would recommend choosing a local business rather than a franchise. After our appointment, they repeatedly pressured us to sign up for a membership and even scheduled another massage without our consent. They then proceeded to charge my card without my knowledge for an appointment I never booked. I had to report the charge as fraud. Their business practices feel misleading and dishonest, and I’m extremely disappointed as a customer.

The massages themselves are great, but every single time I leave, I get bombarded with offers for their annual plan. I understand it’s not the employees fault they’re just doing what they’re told but in this economy, signing up for something like that isn’t realistic for everyone. It would be nice if customers could decline once without feeling pressured over and over.

I was a customer of MANY years and only stopped going because I moved away. My regular therapist, Christopher Gonzalez, is the reason that I kept coming back for so many years. He's an excellent massage therapist and always made me feel comfortable, leaving renewed and relaxed. Could not recommend this location, or Christopher's services, any more!

Very clean and nice atmosphere once you step and wait for a short time for your room to be prepared you can see that this place is serious about good service. Only name I remember is Mike who offered us different packages for a membership. Being that we are not from. The area and there isn't a massage Heights in our area we had to decline the offer but dispite that might was totally awesome and help ful. Membership or not we will be back when ever we are able to visit Houston again. Oh yeah we got the Couple's massage..
