It seems like they never have any one answering the phones. Then when you get someone on the phone it takes ages to get a response back. It feels as though everyone needs to ask someone else about everything and every detail before I can get a somewhat answer. I can’t figure what is going on with my mother’s account. She has Medicare and has met her deductible. I don’t think this doctor or clinic is a good fit. She has had back pain for 27 years now. She continues to follow with physical therapy, exercises and sees a nutritionist. It seems they are trying to upsell her into trying his other services like osteopathic massage, lifestyle subscription plans and infusions. She just needs her nerve ablations every year and it has worked for her well. I have a bad shoulder rotator cuff tear but would not go here after accompanying my mother.

Dr. Martinez is amazing. I had shots in my back, and he made the experience tolerable. The staff always a pleasure. I thank WOW for your services.

My appointment yesterday with Dr Martinez was a truly wonderful experience. Personally I’ve been dealing with spinal pain from combat injuries most of my life with multiple spine surgeries. With only my 2nd visit with Dr Martinez after getting X-Rays, Cat scans & MRIs he performed a very invasive procedure with steroid injections in my neck. His professionalism & optimistic approach was truly breathtaking. I’m extremely grateful & impressed with the care I received and look forward to my road to recovery with Dr Martinez

I suffered with hip pain on one side for months and finally was referred to Dr. Mike Martinez by another highly specialized anesthesiologist for pain management. After an initial consultation Dr. Martinez recommended an injection into the problem hip joint to relieve pain due to osteoarthritis. It has been over a week since that injection and I can now get a full night’s sleep without pain meds and can go about my regular ranch activities with little to no pain. The entire process with Dr. Martinez and his medical team at Health First Surgery Center at Willow Park was totally amazing with their professionalism, friendly and understanding bedside manners and efficiency in every stage of the process. I highly recommend Dr. Martinez and his team for your pain management needs. They have been such a blessing to me and have provided an effective alternative to buying more time for a more permanent solution to my hip issues.

So far so good. I transferred from another pain management clinic. The other clinics treatment was effective but the doctors seemed rushed, frustrated and short tempered. I have lumbar, SI, and hip issues. I hurt all the time because they’re all in the same area. At WoW, the visit seemed more relaxed. The intern seemed very thorough. Dr Martinez explained the insurance process and was quick to give me treatment options. I had the procedure at Texas Health Ortho in Weatherford with good results. I was very impressed with the hospital and staff. Dr Martinez stopped by to talk before the procedure. I thought it was a nice gesture. The staff at WoW seems very helpful. As a business owner, the text line saves me time. I hope to get better one step at a time. Thanks Way out West!

Dr. Martinez is a great doctor with a beautiful personality. He is honest and very caring. I was satisfied with my care.What touch my heart more than anything a patient was coming in for a appointment and fell trying to cross the street. Dr Martinez and 3 of his team members ran to his assistant to make sure he was safe and got him into the building and gave him a better acessment. That won my heart. He explains well so that you understand and he is also a good listener. Thank you to all. Blake is so kind one of the assistants. You will want to meet him. The students are great. Dr. Martinez is great. He was very thorough and helpful when dealing with the pain I was having. My back pain was getting in the way of my work and quality of life. I now have minimal to no pain due to an ablation. Very grateful that he was able to help and recommend him if you are dealing with chronic pain.

Dr. Martinez seeks only to provide the best quality care, can provide a wide array of therapies that truly work to better one's health, and is skilled at completing pain management procedures. He is very personable and easy to speak with as was clear from all his patient interactions.

Dr Martinez is wonderful. Took really good care of me and was able to get one of my injections done within a week of seeing him. Blake at Dr Martinez office is also fantastic. I love being able to get responses by texts too. I work all day & sometimes it’s hard to stop and answer the phone so I love the text option!
