My family goes to this office my son therapist is great my therapist is ok but the billing and office is not good at all you just keep getting vm then they don’t check insurance like they supposed to cause they will bill you when they are not supposed to they just goes by last are first time that you started services . Then when a member of management that supposed to call they leave a message like I will not email you back but if u need help call. I don’t like dealing with rude service in the office and my son therapist is great but this is not a good office

I can’t say enough good things about this counseling office. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The front desk staff is kind, professional, and always respectful of privacy and scheduling needs. The atmosphere is calming and thoughtfully designed, which really helps set the tone for a safe and supportive space. My counselor has been incredibly attentive, compassionate, and insightful. They truly listen without judgment and help guide conversations in a way that feels both natural and productive. Unfortunately I’ve had to deal with a bunch of different counseling services while seeking support. Everything ranging from giant companies to individual providers. Seemingly at every turn from scheduling to the appointments to billing I was met with frustration and chaos. Taylor Counseling Group stands apart. It’s a rare combination of genuine care and professionalism and a back office that is actually organized. I highly recommend this outfit.

Beware.: If you do cancel WITHIN the 24 hour period you WILL be charged a cancellation fee. My appointment was for Friday at 4pm. I tried to cancel on Thursday (night before appointment) using the portal at 8:00pm and couldn't. I tried calling at got a message the office was closed so I did the next logical thing sent an email timed stamped 8:08 pm. I'm still being charged a late fee at regular price since I wasn't seen that can't bill my insurance. I guess having the stomach bug is not an excuse if know I would of gone and shared.
