Neal came into my family’s life when my daughter was in crisis. He made himself available at all times of the day for my calls. He offered suggestions for my daughter and comfort for me. When my daughter finally agreed to go for long term treatment, he went way above and beyond to help us find a place that met her needs. He reached out to his many contacts and paved the way for us. He got us through many doors that would have had us going through hoops before our phone calls were even returned. I felt he was fighting for and advocating for my daughter as if she was his family member!! I had never seen anyone, besides myself and husband, wanting help, support and success for my daughter like Neal did! I had texted him when I realized a letter stating my daughter was seeking help and treatment would help her situation and in minutes he emailed a well thought out and powerful letter that helped the situation immensely. Neal also wrote another letter stating that my daughters emotional support dog should attend treatment with her to ease her anxiety. Neal is truly a remarkable person and was a blessing in our lives.
