TMS Institute of El Paso-Dr. M.Guerrero — Mental health clinic in El Paso, TX

I completed a course of TMS therapy here and overall, it was a helpful experience. The treatment genuinely made a difference for me I noticed improvements in my anxiety/depression and felt more balanced after many years of struggling. I’m very grateful for the positive changes TMS brought to my life. That said, my experience toward the end of treatment was less positive. I felt that my doctor became somewhat dismissive and rushed, as if trying to push the idea that I was suddenly fully “cured” after over 20 years of living with diagnosed severe panic disorder/anxiety. Mental health progress is complex and ongoing, so that approach felt invalidating. In a way i felt suffocated and cornered. It was to the point where I purposely avoided my last appointment. I do believe TMS can be very effective and worth trying, but I hope future patients are given more understanding and realistic guidance as they transition out of treatment. Please do better doctor, being empathetic and soft spoken goes a long way.

Dr Guerrero is patient, kind and respectful. He pays attention to detail and my medication journey with him has been a positive one. The girl at the front desk is always friendly and kind as well. Love it here.

I love it, the assistant is super friendly, sweet and helpful, the doctor listens to you and understands everything in general, they always have appointments for the magnets that make it easier for me because I have a tight schedule when I have canceled or arrived late, she is always friendly, I highly recommend everything, they are the best

I love this place. Savannah is super sweet, understanding and kind. I tend to get a lot of anxiety for missing appointments at times but she always reassures me! 🤍 Amazing Dr as well! overall, all amazing vibes. The treatment has also been helping me a lot. This place truly cares about helping their patients. Highly recommend this please!!

Love this place! The doctor explains everything to you and is very respectful. Savanna is so kind, sweet and such a great person. They are helping me get better and generally want to help people!
