I went to Dr. Alfredo Arellano seeking a proper diagnosis for ADHD, but unfortunately, my experience left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. While he diagnosed me with other conditions, he seemed to dismiss my concerns about ADHD and even stated that ADHD couldn’t cause depression or anxiety, which I know is inaccurate. Instead of focusing on my main concern, he strongly pushed TMS treatment, even though my insurance doesn’t fully cover it, and made me feel pressured. It seemed like he was more interested in pushing treatment for financial gain rather than addressing my mental health needs. He didn’t provide any helpful resources or alternative options for managing ADHD beyond medication. Overall, I felt dismissed, uncomfortable, and unsupported, which is why I won’t be returning.

Delia is the nicest receptionist she helps you out and treats you very well and nicely. On the other hand, Abby is always rude and never lets you talk, she interrupts you and talks to you like you’re dumb. It’s very sad to see people in healthcare be so careless about customer service especially when it is about patients mental health. I hope Abby reflects on her demeanor because it’s not the first time she’s been rude and cut me off. I have spoken to her 3 different times and days and all the interactions have been the same.

I love that everyone is super nice, patients are able to have a lot of communication with the providers and the staff. Dr. Arellano recommended TMS and after the first sessions I was able to feel that the treatment was working. It’s been 6 months since I finished treatment and depression has not come back. Thank you to Dr. Arellano and his staff for all the help and everything they did for me.❤️

First of all I was a little bit not sure at the beginning, and this is because I don’t know much about the TMS, we went in a very sad moment in the life of my Husband, and the doctor explained about his meds before a big meeting and interviewed the insurance accepted! We start in November 16 and I will say I was impressed of the change that my husband got and the very well help that the treatment gave to him! He started to feel better a week after the 1st session. I want to thank Doctor Arellano because he always treat my husband with dignity and respect also very important he was honest! The staff always were friendly and nice with us, I read some reviews about the staff but to be honest for me they are neutral and just doing their job! About the treatment IT WORKS, depression anxiety and mod is now controlled in my husband life with less meds than previously with other doctors! Please be advised Cigna, blue shield are very good insurance for this clinic, be aware maybe cheap insurances May not cover very well! Try the treatment and you will experience a real change without meds! Is a very nice option for mental health! The place is calm and clean! And there is parking for the patients! I highly recommend the treatment!

Where do I begin? Dr Arellano is amazing. He took the time to talk to me about my issues and was very patient and understanding. I've struggled with my mental health for many years and I've finally found someone who truly cares about their patients & took the time to figure out the best treatment plan for me!
