The atmosphere is extremely welcoming and the front desk people are kind and helpful. The therapist I’m with, Katherine is super caring and listens without judgment. Making appointments was easy, especially with all the open availability.
I had previously posted a negative review however a follow up with thrive made me reconsider my opinion. Though as shown below options for sessions outside 8-5 window are somewhat limited, Thrive was able to refund me my copay from my appointment that got cut short due to technical issues. I believe thrive could be a good option for those seeking care from the encounters I've had with office staff and my short session with Lorae.
Great place overall! Very welcoming and was able to make an appointment with ease. Natalia is a great therapist and person, I strongly recommend her!
Incredible therapist, but a predatory owner. They tried to pressure me to go to inpatient treatment after never having a face-to-face conversation beforehand. They showed no signs of genuine empathy and saw me as a nuisance. Be careful going here if you need to talk about serious issues. Even though I wasn’t at a critical risk, they are eager to send distressed people to inpatient rather than handle the situation themselves. Also my first review was deleted, so let’s see how long this lasts.
Incredible assistance with my mental health and other major life stressors. Destiny especially has helped in my mental health journey. The decor is immaculate and welcoming. The whole staff is wholesome. I recommend giving them a call to help you or someone else you know figuring out their mental health journey.
