Highly unsatisfied with care here. On several occasions, Dr. Johnson would not refill my prescriptions. I would call repeatedly to ask that they be refilled, and they would not. On several occasions I went for more than 2 weeks before she would finally refill. Terminated my relationship with this doctor due to her negligence!
I previously gave this company a good review because I was able to get an appointment in time to get a prescription refill. However, since then, I have been completely frustrated with the company and their lack of service. My insurance company advised that they requested additional information from Telemind to be able to process my claims, and I've reached out a number of times to get assistance but received no response. I still have not had the issue resolved despite my first visit being months ago. Recently, I tried canceling an upcoming appointment (because I don't want to pay for the appointment fee without insurance coverage for a three minute conversation), but the electronic service keeps sending me reminders of the upcoming appointment. So frustrating!
They wasted my time and money, then created an appointment for me without my consent. Yesterday, I randomly received a text saying “Nicholas, you have an appointment with ADEOLA ADEBAYO on 7/25 at 6:30 AM PDT” I never made that appointment. Would I have been charged a no-show fee if I ignored that text? It really ticks me off that such a shady place has my card info. I highly recommend you stay far away.
The actual doctors and practitioners are amazing. Office staff is horrible! I have spent nearly 3 weeks with a reduce dosage and now 8 days without any medication because the office staff cannot get it together to send a prescription to the pharmacy. They tell me the same thing everyday it will be ready today, yet I call back and they still haven’t sent it or more confusion. I’m already switching providers.
**Update**. Owner leaves a comment asking if there’s anything they can do, yet more charges from a clinic that hasn’t offered any services this month still charged a copay for this month. Owners feedback is fake. He literally comments almost the same thing on most of the displeased customers reviews and they continue to run a disorganized circus with fraudulent charges. I’ve also read a couple of other previous client’s comments who stated the same thing happened to them. Would NOT recommend under any circumstances 1st virtual appointment was cancelled by them 45 minutes after it was scheduled to start. Keep in mind I had logged in 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time as they are adamant about the cancellation fee. Was waiting for just under an hour. Obviously bothered, I said I'd call back to reschedule. So, I called back to reschedule. 2nd appointment I provide my insurance information and the copay they are charging is twice as much then what it should be. I explain this to the person on the phone yet, they certain it is the said price. Paid it thinking maybe I'm wrong. I speak with Dr. Explain my reason for consultation and the need for Rx refill. Dr. tells me regardless of previous diagnosis, they will not reach out to previous Dr. but instead are going to fully re evaluate me but assures me the process isn't long. This, for me, did not make much sense as my previous Dr. was able to pull my records from my original Dr. in a different state. Hesitant but I proceed. I receive a call to schedule my second appointment before my re-evaluation is even complete. It is also at this point that it is explained to me that it will not be at least another month before they are able to prescribe anything. I say forget everything, cancel any and all future appointments. I check with my insurance, and it turns out they did charge twice as much for the copay. Would not recommend. Would not go back. Would give No stars if at all possible.
