Never contacted me back whether or not she would accept me as a patient. On May 26, 2020, I sent her office a request to see her. Her Office Manager Ms. Ceniceros, sent me an e-mail the next day to fill out some questions. Then nothing. I've been waiting for over three weeks. So unprofessional.
