Calling the number and it just puts a voicemail mail box that says it's currently full and says call back later

Just wanted to give a shout out to the clinic provides the care and attention needed and has a family orientated feel whilst staying professional. Dr. Raymond Torrecampos is awesome very professional in finding the correct diagnosis and assurance that everything will be taken care of-- the staff there are also very friendly and attentive. Wonderful people!

I recommend you go elsewhere. If you are new to mental healthcare I feel bad if this is the first place you are going. We sought out this clinic to get in person services for my daughter because due to COVID she could not see her previous therapist in person. We did intake paperwork and were met with a prescription...no eval (I guess the paperwork and questionnaires are the "Eval"). Very little (less than 10 min) time speaking to patient, getting to know the patient...but recommendations for a prescription, that is what we got. But, to them, it's okay because it was a 'VERY low dose'. So, without therapy, without coping skills sessions, without knowing their patient, they gave meds. A pill doesn't fix all. And then a few weeks after our initial visit...still no hear back from being paired with a therapist, no coping skills sessions, we have to go back with the provider to discuss how the medication is working? Three different people (at least) are supposed to see my child..but the only appt they can make right away is the one with the provider pushing the meds?? no thanks!! Then, the phone call from the director, will not listen to concerns from the parent who is NOT new to her child's needs...no concern for what the parent concern is, how to address it, how to make the parent feel more comfortable with the way they run things...just that the medication is okay because it is Low dose...save it, you don't even know my child but you think it is BEST for her. Go elsewhere, folks. Maybe some people had good luck with them. Welp, NOT us.

This place is horrible they schedule you for an appointment and call you three hours later. Secretariez and staff are very unhelpful.
