By far the worst office staff ANYWHERE! The complete lack of professionalism and common courtesy is 0%. If you say something they don’t like they get loud, rude and have even hung up on me. Multiple times I told the Dr about this but it seems as long as the money comes in he could care less. This is not a mental health facility, it’s a facility that will challenge and deflate your mental health!

I had already read reviews saying that the receptionist's service wasn't good, so I called to ask for information and confirmed it. I hope the doctor realizes someday that he's losing potential patients because of the receptionist's attitude.

I have been a patient for years. He is very knowledgeable and intelligent. I am really grateful for the care he has provided when I needed it most.

Went to Dr. Jimenez for approximately 2 or 3 months and the medication provided was having terrible side effects of suicidal ideations. When I called to speak to him and have the medication changed, the receptionist said she would call back after speaking with him. Once I received a call back, she mentioned Dr. Jimenez had said it was "just a symptom of my condition". I told her I had never felt like that and asked how I could stop the medication. She put me on hold, came back, and said the doctor mentioned I could just stop medication without tapering off but if I stopped he would no longer see me for treatment. Long story short, I switched doctors, diagnosis provided by Dr. Jimenez was completely incorrect and now I'm doing better than ever on the correct medication.

He deeply cares and understands his Patients. I've had amazing results for over a year now. Affordable Medication and service. Easy to recommend to anyone.

I had been going here for about 6 months. I had to change doctors due to a change in my health insurance. This psych is a very very uncaring individual. One of the classic old doctors that just signs prescriptions without actually listening to the patient. He doesn't care if your depressed. He doesn't care if you have suicidal ideations, he pretends to listen. He just wants ur copay/insurance money. Go somewhere else.

Went in to try an make an appointment. The receptionist was extremely rude. Actually rude is an understatement.

The doctor listened, but was a little too opinionated and was not as thorough as he could have been. I went to another clinical psychiatrist and confirmed I did not benefit from the medication Dr. Jimenez prescribed, and he also misdiagnosed me. I left shortly after 6 months also because the receptionist made frequent mistakes regarding my appointments and failed to communicate my messages to the doctor.
