They are life savers. Started with them when I didn't have insurance but now that I do I won't go anywhere else.

if you're suicidal and don't have health insurance or income your out of luck here. they don't care what you're going through, if you can't pay them they'll send you away. I've been 3 times now begging for assistance, and each time met with an insane amount of disrespect. Do not go here unless you want your life to feel more worthless

This place was quick to help a family member with therapy to find out what was wrong with him. But when released he will be back to where we started he cannot afford medication in order to get well. How is this possible called them to see who could help with this and they could not help. Just amazing

Called to get information on my mom since she’s there and they said she did not consent to release information to me , yet hours before when I had dropped of medication for her the nurse said she had signed consent to give me her daughter information, this is disappointing when all I was trying to do is check on my 62 year old mother that is going through a crisis. Get better staff that is able to assist better the person answering the line this evening was just not helpful and showed no empathy or understanding.

they do whatever they want really , theyre really just getting paid. They put me to sleep for 6 months , didnt give me enough medications for the time span before refills , told me to get a part time job to pay off a car, and then refuse to acknowledge my persistance in trying to discontinue services and pull my information . i only went so my mom could have a therapist like person to talk to and not feel like shes in treatment how she refuses to do.

I've been receiving treatment with EHN for a few years now. And overall they have been so helpful in so many ways providing the best resources to me when I need them the most. My only complaints are 1, that it seems like everytime I get comfortable and start making good progress with my case workers they end up changing my caseworker to a different one. I'm on my now 3rd caseworker now and I'm almost hesitant to open up because it's not easy for me to trust people after trauma I've experienced in my life an I worry when this one will be switched out for the next again. And 2, it took months on the waiting list for a therapist and after a handful of sessions so far it seems like she hasn't paid much attention to the goals we set for what I want to work on in therapy that we set in our first appointment. I'm hoping that in our next appointment when I try to bring this up with Her that she will change the direction of what we have been doing and listen to my needs. Other than that however highly recommend the east side clinic.

After years of trying to get help from ACT team, it is finally proven to be a joke. My son who is schizophrenic and so mentally ill and physically ill will no longer get help from ACT. They can't handle him. They are no help to family members either as family members are not their client. And once you are in the hospital they no longer can help you. It is very sad. The stories of how they can come 4 times a week...Not. The extra attention that they said would be provided for my son after getting out of the hospital..Another joke. If you need help I don't recommend it from EHN!! No work ethics from most of the staff. They are probably under paid...but most of us are who go to work to make a difference in our customers/businesses lives.

this is one of the most disgusting places i’ve ever come across. I went to get a referral to a therapist and when getting up to leave they told my mother and I they would call the cops if we left. They held us against our will and the therapist erica repeated over and over that i needed to learn my lesson and if i kill myself they would get sued. After being admitted with no choice it took about five hours to see any doctor, and there were bugs all over the floor, along with blood on the walls and all over the “nice” coloring books they offer you. This place needs to be shut down I can’t believe this is legal, please don’t ever take your children or yourself here.

I can see why it has a very low review my son had been getting treatment there but everyone I would call to get some help for him they would says they would call back and never did I receive a call back. All the appointments because of COVID are over the phone only or at least that is what they would tell me. I then proceeded to go and talk to them and they were so rude and acted like they were doing me a favor to talk to me. As soon as I started acting rude and yelling and asking for a supervisor they told me they would get me one and they did. The supervisor stated she would get someone to reach out to me and unfortunately there was no face to face only tele health and I accepted as long as I could get someone to give my son the care he needed. Well that didn’t go well because it took days and when we spoke our concerns they said they would do a treatment. When I strictly advised them that counseling was not working I needed a psychiatrist. They said they understood and they would work on that. Days, weeks, months passed by and my sons issues got bigger. This past weekend was a total crisis I went to admit him or have them send me somewhere to get admitted and we had no luck nobody would take him in because of COVID. Well yesterday I had vos at the house to say that we were not trying to get my son any help at all and we had not taken him anywhere. The worker said there was nothing stating we were there and that he was never asset at all. People with a mental health issue are not taken serious at all this place is suppose to be helping people not making it harder or waiting until people get worse and they will still not help. I do not recommend this place at all.

You will never see the doctor's face. The Nurse Practitioner runs back and forth from the Psiquatrist's office to ask questions, instead of allowing you to speak directly to the doctor. I found the staff to be very polite, at least in my personal experience, but I can easily tell they are always very stressed out and overworked. The westside location office never, and I mean literally, never answer the phone. I have actually called them, standing up outside, and I can see the staff sitting down at their desks, but not answering the phones. I addressed it with the eastside location, since they were the only ones available to take my call. Very professional staff on the eastside location. The gentleman who answered the phone immediately offered to call the westside location himself to know what was going on and my questions were answered immediately. Overall, I do not trust this place to continue my psiquiatric treatment plan. There are much better private psiquiatric doctors in El Paso, TX who I can go to. For those of us with insurance, I highly recommend going somewhere else. For those people without insurance, I know it can be tough to find good psyquiatric help in El Paso, TX, but any other place is going to be much better than Emergence Health, that's for sure.
