He’s the best in El Paso strongly recommend him., he gives you the right medication, if it doesn’t work he’ll do everything in his book power to give you just the perfect meds. I strongly with 5 stars recommend Jorge Medina and his staff is the best, kind, caring, I needed FmLA paperwork and had it for me right away thank you Jorge and staff!

They work as a team, and go out of their way even when they are closed to help in unfortunate circumstances that we went through. I hope their clinic continues to help us and others out there. They are easy to talk to if you struggle with communication or trust issues. They have been the best we have had and we have tried many clinics.

Called multiple times and cannot get through. I've had complaints about the doctor as well.

I have not received my medical records despite being told on multiple occasions they would send them. The military has requested them for years and they have yet to give them to them either. I’m about to sue!!!!

This is the place that I get treated at. I have not had my meds in two weeks, the office always has outrageouss number of calls (yeah right), doesn't allow for you to leave a message it just disconnects. I had to go into the office, had to learn that my person is no longer going to be working there. Had another doctor question me for 15 minutes, told me he was going to send my meds last week! Guess what I still don't have them!!!

Mr. Medina is amazing! He makes sure you're taken care of and follows up with you like you're his only patient. Five Stars!

I don't recommend this provider, The person that makes the appointments (Suzie) is absolutely lazy. I called as a new patient and she was really nice at first, she helped me set an appointment to see a provider but when we got to my insurance info she wasn't able to run my benefits so I had to request the proper carrier info from my prior provider since my insurance plans goes through a different carrier for mental health benefits. when I called her back to giver the correct info she then told me that she had never worked with carrier and there was no way of her to run benefits. I offered the number to the carrier so she can confirm benefits but was then told she didn't do that, but I could call to confirm myself. I then told her that she was the provider so it was her job and she then told me no, that she didn't do that. the absolute worst service, don't come here!

I have to say that when I needed something a letter or prescription the staff went above and beyond to make sure I got the medications and the letter for my court day. Not many medical professionals care this much about their patients like they do. Mr. Medina makes sure you are getting the right treatment and the medications. Mr. Medina takes the time to evaluate properly, and prescribe the right dose for your conditions. The follow up is as important as the very first visit you make. The staff is extremely diligent, accurate and friendly. Mr. Mario is the perfect guy for his profession he cares about you. Having the time to listen, discuss with the patient and educate about options and how the medication is supposed to work on you plus some side effects. When we are veterans we want the highest quality of service and the staff are the right fit for your needs as a patient. We need more of this kind of medical professionals. My daughter and I experience has been nothing short of excellent. From the staff all the way to Dr. Medina, have really helped my daughter and I. When I was at a point where I really didn’t know what to do and how to help my daughter, it was Dr. Medina who put my daughter on the right track and has helped her more than any other doctor who she’s seen for her issue. I am very appreciative for him and his staff.
