Dr Yeganov is a doctor that goes above and beyond. I moved out of the country and when I came back over a year later and called to get my prescriptions, he spoke to me that day and immediately filled them. I trusted and felt safe with him more than any dr I have ever seen in my life.
What can I say about a doctor who: 1. Listens to the plethora of symptoms, 2. Prescribe medications according to the symptoms, 3. Monitors the new prescription effects on patients, encouraging patients to call to confirm a drug is working properly, or if the patient has adverse effects, 4. Answer calls after hours, when needed, 5. Contact hospital staff when they cannot seem to give correct doses of medications, 6. Scrutinizes current and research for ways he can help entire families? I have only kind and loving words for Dr. Yeganov. I know four people, with first and last names, whose lives have been changed for the better because this wonderful person took the time to listen and prescribe the proper medications. If only all psychiatrists would follow his effective methods of helping. His staff is also wonderful! They are a great team.
I CAN NOT thank Dr. Yeganov enough for what he is doing for my 91 Y/O Dad. Hes ALWAYS returning my calls even during weekends. Hes so patient, professional and knowledgeable. My dad is getting better and we owe it all to this great doctor. Thank you Dr. Yeganov God Bless you
Dr. Yeganov is an amazing psychiatrist. He is very very familiar with medicine and seems to truly understand why something is working or isn't working for you as the patient. He is a man from another culture so he can come off as very firm but I am used to that growing up with immigrant parents. He is not interested in anything else other than the critical and relevant information that will affect the medication he gives you. He is not a therapist. The only thing I can say is that I wish his services were slightly more affordable.
I had been seeing him since 2007 he decided to stop seeing me April 2024 he said I was not taking my medication he call the pharmacy to check if I picked them up which I have always taken my medications but when the pharmacy is out and they tell me they on back order he assumed I was not taking. And pharmacy don't volunteer that information to you. but 18 years and you decided you no longer want to see the patient. When I first started seeing him he seem to really cared, but the last seven years he seem to have gotten, Very unhappy, moody, and very impatient. He doesn't ask the patient opinion on if they feel better with the medication he has them on and all out the blew he changes it. Now I'm having to find another doctor still looking so it's like starting all over. This is very hurtful especially being that I am already have problems...I'm very disappointed in him. And his new staff in violation of HIPPA I over head them talking about patients. I am so lost for words.
One of the best mental health professionals you'll ever come across. Up to date and knowledgeable in pharmaceuticals, a patient and reliable Doctor. His ability to diagnosis , treat and care for his patients is outstanding. He has been my wife's mental health provider for 10+ years and she's never been better. He provides a level of comfort and understanding, that comforts her like nobody else has ever been able too. He is God sent. She/We trust him so much, we live 500+ miles away but would travel 2500 miles if we had to. I would recommend Dr Yeganov to everybody and especially to the ones that have had poor physicians in the past. His knowledge, compassion and expertise are unmatched. One of the best mental health practitioners in Dallas. In Texas, In the world. This man is a wonderful Doctor and a great person with years of medical & life experience. We feel blessed for all his help, and that he is in our lives period.
Dr. Yeganov is a good doctor, but we have been very discouraged by his practice. My husband initiated care with him almost 2 years ago and everything has been fine—but, this past month, he dropped us from his practice and stopped returning our phone calls. The only issue I can think of is that we had to reschedule several appointments due to conflicting work schedules, but we always called in advance and never no-showed. This was never a problem, according to staff. When Dr. Yeganov stopped responding to us and didn’t refill medication out of the blue, I called the office and asked the secretary what was going on. She said he had terminated us from the practice because we no-showed. This is just not true- I explained to the secretary that I had been waiting for a week for a call back from the office about getting an appointment. I’m not sure why Dr. Yeganov dropped us- the only other thing I can think of is that I left a message with the office that we were wanting to change the treatment plan and minimize medications at the next appointment. So I’m not really sure, but it was very disrespectful and rude to do this for no reason, especially since he didn’t even tell us. Thankfully we found a cheaper psychiatrist, but definitely not ok with what Dr. Yeganov did.
Dr. Yeganov is one of the best psychiatrists I’ve known. He’s very experienced and work with you to find a right medication and dose. I’m lucky to find him. He pull me out a very bad mental place. He’s very busy, because he’s very good and has a lot of clients. The appointment never feels rushed. He takes time to discuss the condition and always very truthful. Sometimes you have to wait in line a little longer, but I’m very thankful to find him! Give this doctor a try. Thanks for reading my feedback and God Bless!
Dr. Yeganov and staff are absolutely amazing! They make everything very convenient and are so easy to talk to. It's nice to actually have a doctor and staff who listens. One of the many reasons I love this office is that they never seem bothered to change my medication when I don't feel quite like it is where it needs to be. They really so truly care. You will not go wrong choosing Dr. Yeganov!
I have been going to Dr. Yeganov for a few years now, and I've never felt better. He is so easy to talk to and has been so helpful. I can't imagine why anyone would leave him a review under 5 stars! He isn't the first psychiatrist I've seen, but he's definitely the one I'm sticking with. And the rest of the staff is amazing, they're so sweet and work with you on scheduling. If you're looking for a psychiatrist, I 100% recommend Dr. Yeganov. You won't be disappointed.
