I would give a zero if I could. I had to go see this doctor as I am trying to get on a transplant list due to I am in Stage 4 Kidney Failure. Once she found out I have PTSD from being in Desert Storm, she thought that was my reason for seeing her. Needless to say, that is all she focused on and did not discuss my kidney failure. I thought the visit went ok until I requested the documentation from said visit. I sent her messages through the portal and called several times and was finally told They do not let the patient see those records, that they were for the transplant committee. The lady at the front desk told me to order my records from Baylor and I would get all the documentation of the visit. Needless to say, I finally got my records from Baylor and now I see why this doctor will not return calls or communicate through the portal. She totally took everything I said and twisted it around and even lied on the report. She also stated I was not a good candidate for transplant as well. I strongly recommend finding another doctor with more experience in this field. Now this doctor pretty much took years off my life because she is new and does not know how to deal with certain people. I would strongly avoid this doctor period!!!
