I went to this place to seek help. Had several different therapists without notification. For 6 mos I was a patient. After month 4 and on short term disability, the owner refused to fill out my disability paperwork. She then assigned my file to another provider without my consent. I didn't receive my paycheck from October to December, my credit went to hell. Couldn't pay any bills, then I lost my job!! DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. UNCARING AND UNPROFESSIONAL...

I had an appointment with Sandra via zocdoc which she did not honor. Based on another review with the same complaint as mine and the recency of this practice I think this place is a scam.

Scheduled a visit with Brandi today at 7:15 only to find out there wasn’t gonna be a meeting the least she could have done is called me instead of having me wait for an email or something to access the therapy session for my son like do better ma’am but I’m guessing since she saw the name she doesn’t want to deal with my child since he’s black good to know!
