I thought this would be something that would not work at all. They have proven me wrong. After my first session I was able to push a lot of the negative thoughts away and I felt like the happy person I used to be. This treatment is an actual life changer!

Ketamine Therapy has changed my life. I don’t even have words for this; but I went from wanting to die to wanting to live again! And the staff is amazing!! Lee and Wendy are awesome . They always take time to visit with me, listen when I need to talk , and they make me feel comfortable and loved. If you are struggling with depression and suicidal ideation , and feel your meds just aren’t working anymore; this is worth trying. I feel like I have my life back!! And while I put my full trust in Jesus , I believe He created doctors and scientists to come up with ways to repair the brain. 🧠 I felt the difference from the first treatment ! And after a couple of months and down to weekly… it’s just inexplainable!! And I look forward to the yummy peppermints and lollipops too!😂

I began using Heading Health in February 2025 at the Trophy Club location and later transferred to the Dallas clinic. Initially, I was very pleased with the care I received — the treatments were effective, and the staff was attentive. Unfortunately, that all changed drastically starting in mid-March. Since then, communication has completely broken down. I haven’t been able to reach anyone — not by phone, not through email, and not even via the patient portal. My last scheduled appointment in April was abruptly canceled because the clinic claimed they didn’t receive my medication. However, after calling the pharmacy myself, I was told the medication was shipped and successfully delivered to the clinic. The pharmacy confirmed they’re also struggling to get in touch with anyone at Heading Health — no returned calls, no answers, no resolution. This level of neglect is completely unacceptable — especially for a facility that treats mental health patients. Reliable communication and consistency are not optional in this field; they are absolutely essential. The lack of basic customer service has made it impossible to continue my care with this company. Mental health care requires trust, accessibility, and responsibility. Heading Health has recently shown none of these. I’m incredibly disappointed and disturbed by the way things have been handled, and I’ve made the decision to take my care elsewhere.

I chose heading health to explore a different option for antidepressant medication my PCP had originally prescribed me. The practitioner was well-informed, professional, had wonderful advice, and offered various treatment options to choose from. Very happy with Heading Health!

This works! If you have depression or anxiety, you will feel better after your first treatment. The staff is great! They stay w you if you need, or they leave you alone so you can just float away. The chairs are the most comfortable chairs I’ve ever sat in my life! They have those 0 Gravity chairs. Bring a blanket , it’s cold in those rooms.
