This counseling and treatment center was truly life-changing. The staff was compassionate, professional, and dedicated to my well-being every step of the way. They provided personalized support, effective strategies, and a welcoming environment that made my journey to healing feel possible. I felt heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in my life. I can’t recommend them enough—absolutely a five-star experience!
This is the best iop class I took and yes these classes worked for me I want to say thanks to Mrs.sais and Mrs.T for helping me out when I had trouble paying my classes but I took care of them today is my final payment and I feel good about it to thank you so much guiding minds for helping me with my struggle.
The Guiding Minds Therapist have really helped me with my grievance since my father passed away in helping me deal without looking to mistakes in my past like alcohol. I highly recommend them to a single parent like myself because they helped me with payment plans to achieve my certificate.
The evaluation was done, never received results. Which does me no well in court. I contacted The front desk about the evaluation and she was so rude and kept cutting me off. I had to ask her why are you handling me like that, I am just needing my documentation for court that i paid for. Still, I have yet to receive evaluation. The evaluator was pleasant however whoever answers the phone will run off any future clients. her unpleasant ATTITUDE made me regret ever choosing this company for evaluation. total waste of money and time!
Dissapointed in this class. Sais Daniels tried to make it seem like I was being defensive when I didn’t understand a question when I wasn’t. The “vice president” (Tajuana) of the company was rude. Horrible attitude. She didn’t care who I did the class with when I had told her I completed the evaluation and told me she’s in charge and doesn’t care what I had did already. They Judged me the whole time. If you can’t have an open mind and accept people for who they are at the same time as helping them then this job is not for you. You are nobody to hold people accountable. They gave me an extra class for no reason which I will not be completing through them. Worst experience.
I just finished my eval with Sais and it was super convenient it’s offered through zoom. She’s great. Reads the questions at a good pace, gave me time to answer, I didn’t feel rushed and most importantly, I didn’t feel judged. Great work!
Smooth process. Very nice lady that handles in-calls and registration, Miss Kia. Just be on time for your classes/evaluation and there should be no issues. Gets paperwork done quickly and you are treated as a priority!
This staff/program was so awesome. Kia and Sais were amazing. The staff were very friendly, understanding, broke down content well, and available. I would high recommend them if you need the class. You will thank me later.
Make sure you understand the scheduling of there class is all wrong they will tell you that it is from 6-9 pm but on the second day tell you that u have to all of a sudden come to the office at 9am and will not work with your schedule at all so I got my money pretty much stolen from me because of my work schedule. And when I showed up at 10:07 and not 10 she couldn't even extend a small amount of grace.. She instantly got a bad attitude with me at the office and told me pretty much to leave. She is also very racist and told me pretty much that I'm white and already get extended enough grace this lady is crazy and probably an alcoholic herself. Terrible experience i would not recommend unless u can just take off of work for a whole week and extend your full schedule to them..
They was very helpful and nice. Ms. Joy was a very good instructor. Everyday she had a smile on her face and a good attitude. She let us know it's ok we made a mistake but you can turn it around but it up to you if you want the change. I just love me some Ms. Joy.🤗🤗
