I’ve been a patient at BSW OP – Dallas (Sammons Cancer Center) for the past several weeks and couldn’t be more grateful for this team. From check-in to walking out the door, everyone has been kind, patient, and professional. The nurses, techs, and doctors take time to explain what’s happening, answer questions, and keep me calm on the hard days. You can tell they see a lot of people going through tough treatment, but they never make you feel like just another case. The front desk and scheduling team are organized and on top of everything, which makes a huge difference when you’re juggling appointments and side effects. The whole experience has made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Thank you to the entire Sammons Cancer Center team for helping me get through this.

The therapist are very knowledgeable and explain how the work you put in to therapy goes a long way with your recovery. I am very pleased to be working with Bonnie on my recovery!

I am so impressed with the education/instructions, guidance, compassion and the professionalism I have experienced at the oncology outpatient rehabilitation clinic. Karthik is absolutely amazing! I actually enjoy going because I know Karthik is guiding me in the direction of positive outcomes. He listens attentively to my concerns and has a calming presence about him. I am grateful to have him as my PT.

The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review is that parking is not free. Patients like myself that go to the center 5 days a week for treatment have to pay to park. Unfortunately 90 % of the time I drive myself to treatments. 6 or 7 weeks times 5 days a week on top of all my other cancer treatment expenses it’s difficult. Everyone in the center that I’ve had contact with has been fantastic!!

First impressions count when you are getting physical rehabilitation. You are vulnerable and need to feel comfortable with care givers who are going to be “up close and personal” with you over multiple visits. BS&W’s facility in Dallas on Worth St. made a fantastic first impression with me and the therapist I worked with helped me identify priorities in my recovery. This is the second BS&W physical therapy clinic (the first in Irving) that has really impressed me with the care they give.

I had knee replaced and after 4 one hour visits and downloading their app where they put exercises to do at home on off days they had me walking without help such as walker or cane in 7 days after operation. They are great to work with. First class operation!

Nicole is amazing! She is caring, patient, and has a great spirit! Her guidance is amazing and she is an awesome Speech Therapist!!! I love walking into the office to be greeted by Mrs Daphne and the other front office staff! They have such a great rapport with the patients it is like a breath of fresh air! The customer service is stellar…you just don’t find a lot of that around anymore.
